California Democrats are proposing a new initiative to temporarily restrict people’s gun ownership rights if their family or others believe they may be a danger to others.

The bill is a reaction to the May shooting in Santa Barbara by Elliot Rodger, who killed six people before taking his own life.

The state’s two Democratic senators — Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein — proposed the Pause for Safety Act on Thursday, along with a California Democrat from the House, Rep. Lois Capps. The bill would encourage states to allow people to seek “gun violence prevention orders” from courts, which would let courts temporarily block the purchase of firearms for people who could pose a threat.

Courts would also be allowed to issue “gun violence prevention warrants,” which would let police temporarily seize firearms held by people who are potentially dangerous.

They already HAVE background checks on gun sales.


2. Strengthen the background check system for gun sales.

Yes... make sure that nobody can pass the background check.


3. Pass a new, stronger ban on assault weapons.

There already IS a ban on "assault weapons". Assault weapons are fully automatic military arms, used by police, and jackbooted goons. Semi-auto defense weapons that the public can buy, are NOT "assault weapons".


4. Limit ammunition magazines to 10 rounds.

Has this EVER stopped (or reduced) even ONE crime? It's obvious that our "leaders" aren't interested in "stopping crime", but only in limiting a citizen's ability to defend themselves against a tyrannical and grossly overbearing beast. This is exactly why the founders included the 2nd amendment to begin with. As a last resort to defend against tyranny.


5. Finish the job of getting armor-piercing bullets off the streets.

Seems to me, they wish to finish the job off getting ALL ammo off the street, based on all of their actions over the last few years.


6. Give law enforcement additional tools to prevent and prosecute gun crime

Yes... So we've seen. Like tank and armored personnel carriers.


7. End the freeze on gun violence research.

WHAT freeze on gun violence research??


8. Make our schools safer with new resource officers and counselors, better emergency response plans, and more nurturing school climates.

Yes... More brainwashing and collectivism. It's necessary to complete the program to create a "civilian security force", where children (Hitler Youth Brown Shirts) will watch their parents, and anyone who would dare to express individuality, or a love for freedom.


9. Ensure quality coverage of mental health treatment, particularly for young people.

Soviet style psychiatry, where the state takes the place of God, and anyone who disagrees is branded as "mentally ill".

It's sad to see this happen. Facts are out there and in plain sight, but people are so far gone and brainwashed they violently reject and attack anyone and anything that is not the same as them. It's the biggest cache-22 I have ever seen and I'll be taking the elevator soon due to this. It's gotten to the point where you can't even survive if you're not some sort of mindfucked drone on some level. There is apparently no room in the world anymore for people who are truly kind and willing to stand up to the bullshit. I've had literally every aspect of my life systematically taken or stolen from me because I refuse to conform to a brainwashed bullshit non-existent society.

There was a video about people farmers posted somewhere and that really outlines the big picture going on. Since the advent of technology and corporate HR departments if you're not of like mind they just black list you and you can't even get a job any better than flipping burgers.

Find other like-minded people and move the fuck out of any populated area to form your own community.
