It specifically bans any “material help” to terrorists, whether is it equipment, money, advice or personnel. It would seem that a lot of people besides Obama are guilty of breaking this law. This is a law that is clear-cut -- not one that allows Obama to trade prisoners without consent of congress 'in an emergency'... where he can claim discretion. And, if we find out that money changes hands.... it is all over. We either rise up and demand impeachment and prosecution of Obama, and prosecution of everyone involved in this -- or we are useless. You forgot the double standard rule OP. Laws don't apply to progressives in power. Obama's whole administration has been lawless and defiant of anyone pointing that out from day one. People died as a result of "fast and furious" which was designed to give "material help" to the drug lords in Mexico. People died as a result of Obama allegedly running "material help" weapons through Benghazi and nothing happened. People died and are still being slaughtered left and right in Syria with "material help" the Obama administration has provided the known terrorists there too. Nothing happened. Nixon must be rolling over in his grave. All he did was try to cover up having some cassette tapes stolen and he was forced to resign by his own party.
