"Something" I caught on my night vision security camera

Yes! It was big enough that the motion activation system kicked in on the camera to record it.

I'm thinking maybe the flying creature flies so quickly it ends up showing up multiple times in a frame. So maybe the ribs are wings?

I wish I knew, or rather maybe not LOL

Anyway, I am hoping that there are those at GLP with similar observations or have some theories on this thing.

I find it interesting that they mainly show up on night vision infrared cameras.

My theory is you have an old, outdated, shitty low-res quality camera that isn't worth a damn. Get a real fucking camera that can take a useful picture. My grandfathers camera from the 1940's took better quality photos than that.

It works off of a wireless signal and it travels some distance.

I've got some real freaky things I've captured during the day. From fairy appearing to flying bacon looking.

I even used a faster frame-per-second setting and they still look like fairies and bacon. lol I mean like strips of flying bacon! And the fairies, they look just like fairies. I deleted the videos though (they are somewhere if anyone is really interested). I can upload and put on a private/unlisted link (like I did for the video here).

Interesting things, though! Whatever they are!

It's just bugs. When a tiny insect is filmed zipping by a camera, especially lit up by IR, the camera doesn't capture a proper still image and the video turns out looking like a something like flying pipe cleaner.

Rods does not exist. Youtube rods slow motion - you will see it's insect like butterfly.

And congrats you capture a arthropode on your camera lense.. what a feat!!

I dont know what those are, but they are really real.. and they move very quickly. . And yea they have been seen and photographed many times. You will see them alot if you see them once. Usually more than one, and its like they aimlessly chase each other
