Has anybody else noticed that Fox News has taken a sharp turn to the left?

From recent news I've read, it Seems like Murdoch has gone over to the dark side as of late.

Well Fox can go down like the rest of the government propaganda stations...and they will.

They need to find some smarter Liberals(non-existent, I know) if they're going that direction.

Alan Colmes, Bob Beckle,juan Williams,etc...just uber stupid.

fox had been the only news channel i would listen to but i agree they changed. not sure if i notice left leaning but i certainly see their desperation to insight feel and loathing with all the terror crap.

Honestly, I stopped watching Fox News when Shep Smith went wacko after Hurricane Katrina blathering on angrily about the federal government not doing more. Nothing about the Mayor of New Orleans not using resources he had in time. Nothing about them blowing the money they got to shore up the levies on floating casinos. Nothing about the dumbass welfare leeches that refused to leave, looted businesses the next day or the local law enforcement that unconstitutionally disarmed them. Nope, after the fact, all that was suddenly Bush's fault.

He wasn't the only one though and my criticism may be a little harsh, but there were just too many times when this or that news anchor would say something that was just flat wrong and expose their personal biases. The straight news died a couple of decades ago with the advent of the 24 hour "news"-tainment cycle.

Most of Fox's political debate shows are certainly conservatively biased and you expect that from them, but that's not supposed to be where you get your straight news from.

I still watch Megyn Kelly...that's about it.

Haven't watched Fox for years. Would rather watch CNBC, at least you know from whence they come. The blaze network has a program on at 6, right after beck's program. It's called "The Real News". The people are much more intelligent and the program is way more interesting than fox's version of the view.

Because propaganda isn't about making money it's about programming and controlling the masses by either making them think they should demand more services from government or dividing them against each.

They are controlled opposition it's obvious. They are slowing the procession to impeachment by going with the flow rather than demand impeachment as they ALL should obviously be doing.

They one one slip through now and then like how Meghan Kelly told us that government documents have recently revealed that the government was planning for 65,000 illegal immigrant children to cross over for several months.

It's another huge scandal which ties right iny o Boehner's lawsuit which obviously he will win and therefore Obama can be impeached based on those findings.

It's like instead of just speaking up and demanding action, they are all enabling as much time for Obama as possible without causing mass panic and take us on "the scenic route."

The nice thing about a law suit vs a prosecution of the presidents crimes is that lawsuits can take years to unfold.

It was designed to do that over time. Controlled "opposition".

It's seems like, if FOX really was 'for the people', they would have went for the jugular long ago. And they've had plenty of chances to do so, but seemed to always stay 'lukewarm'.

I stopped watching that network and all other TV when they lied about 911. They are all the same just use different programming tactics. TV is nothing but propaganda for the mind. Turn that noise off. When I am around a TV that has FOX, CNN, MSNBC it makes me question the intelligence of the ones who watch that mindless garbage. Why watch liars who continue to lie to us?
