I understand what you say, OP. Since you know this, what is the solution? To exist completely free of negativity or fear, or darkness. To exist in love, and to spread love and light. Defeat darkness by introducing light.

If you evolve your mind/perception enough, you may regularly see these spiritual beings. Many of them in different forms. But they can help you rise above the enslavement of self to the material. But ultimately it's up to you, my friend.

Shine a bright light on a shiny object and observe the beam of light that somehow intangibly rest in your special dimensions, but if you just tilt your head a little bit the wrong way the beam of light ceases to be! This is a good metaphor for understanding the "other side". Now, if you focus on that beam of light, and you still yourself, in totality, mind body and spirit, you can perceive the angelic orbicular beings which emanate from the light. You just have to remove the ego/negative, and open your eyes to the new world. Cheers.

Don't give into fear. I know its mind blowing to witness what you have seen. Don't give them your fear. Its all an illusion. You know that now.

It is the Wheel of Samsara. Google a picture of it. The Buddhists have known about this for a while. Transcend desire and you can escape. Otherwise you will be drawn to the "light" over and over again because it contains the pleasures you desire and grasp for.

Well the reality that we know of, would probably need some type of machine to be able to contain any aspect, mind, body or soul. So there is hope.

You have to let go of the ego. Its a stubborn bastard that wants to live on too, so the journey is difficult.

But worth it. I lean Buddhist, but believe this was the eye of the needle of which Christ spoke.

Well you have seen now. To avoid return - as another poster wrote above - explore Buddhist concepts of enlightenment. Look to someone like Ram Dass.
Reread the words of Christ with your new understanding.
The masters are out there, if you seek you will find.

Look into Gnostic and/or New Age theories about Archons. They fit what you're describing.

You may read the Tibetan Book of the Dead, the Bardo Thodol - it supposedly contains funerary rites which help the deceased transcend the post-death bardo (word for purgatory) you enter between reincarnations and escape the cycle.

No, that's not the message. But I think if you're taking the idea of Archons and/or soul traps into consideration, the best course of action to take when you find yourself in the immediate post-death state suddenly becomes a lot less clear.

It's a tough concept to grasp, particularly when we talk about "seeing spirits going to the light and being zapped", or any of the other nefarious characters out there who are 'trying to get us', as if in the grand scheme of things there are two, but, there is only One, experiencing itself (thru us and everything else) in every way that it possibly can.

We are not victims. We are eternal spirit. We choose our experience themes from broader perspective before we even enter a physical realm, and we choose our daily experiences by the vibrations (thoughts/beliefs) we hold.

These 'nasty' characters are just that... characters, playing a role for those who choose such an experience. It is only through the experiencing of everything that everything may be experienced.

Are there races that feed off fear? Certainly, perhaps. It's an experience, and every experience is valid, regardless of whether we judge it good or bad, but the thing is, if there was a ferocious animal coming to your yard every day because you were feeding it, and you wanted the animal to go away, wouldn't you stop feeding it? Likewise, if an entity is feeding on your fear, wouldn't you stop feeding it your fear?

It seems reasonable to assume that when an eternal spirit is done with the experience of fear, it will no longer experience fear. Until then, there will be 'nasty' characters available to play the role so the experience of fear may be had :)

Read Alien Interview it explains it, there is a force field around earth stopping the souls leaving benevolent ET are trying to remove it until then souls are being taken of earth in crafts.
If you do pass on look to them in the sky you will see angelic beings these will help you find a craft or you may be drawn up in a craft patrolling near by.
