Why do clergymen say the good go to heaven when Jesus said "no man has ascended to heaven" Whose right?
'What we know we speak and what we have seen we bear witness of, but YOU people do not receive the witness we give. 12 If I have told YOU earthly things and yet YOU do not believe, how will YOU believe if I tell YOU heavenly things? 13 Moreover, no man has ascended into heaven but he that descended from heaven, the Son of man. 14 And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so the Son of man must be lifted up, 15 that everyone believing in him may have everlasting life.' IMO there is a difference between dying and going to heaven, and "ascending" to heaven via your physical body.

The Seventh Sign is putting on Transfiguration,

which will be accompanied with the Descent and Appearance of Christ in them,

in his glorified Figure. By the glance of which Glory transformed they are into the express Image

of his bright Body. To this prepared Spouse a Voice was heard, saying, Arise: Shine; for thy Light is come,

and the Glory of thy Bridegroom is now become thy Covering.

When Jesus was dying on the cross, one of the thieves who was crucified alongside of Him, asked Jesus to remember him when He came into His kingdom. Jesus told him that TODAY he would be in paradise.
The soul goes immediately to heaven or hell, but the body is reunited with the soul at the resurrection.

Seems simple enough in theory.

"No MAN" can get into heaven because it is not a physical realm, only spiritual.

Therefore we must do our best while we're here to rediscover our inner being and train ourselves to remain more in contact with the side of our nature that CAN ascend.

My church teaches the truth about death, exactly what the bible says, that it is a peaceful sleep until the resurrection of life (for the saved) that happens when Jesus comes... or the resurrection of damnation (for the lost). Any other teaching is spiritualism and a lie. The bible is beyond clear on the subject.

No Jesus didn't say he would be with him THAT day because 3 days later when Jesus appeared after the resurrection he told Mary not to hold on to him because he hadn't even ascended to the Father yet. He was ASSURING him that day that he would be there. We don't waltz one by one into heaven, we all go TOGETHER at the LAST TRUMP when Jesus comes!

The bible says we ARE a soul... Body and breath made a LIVING soul, body minus breath means a dead soul. We don't have anything that flies off after death.

At the time that Jesus spoke these words the Gates of Heaven were closed. Everyone from the time of Adam's fall until Jesus died for our sins was not allowed to enter into heaven. The just entered into a place of waiting. Some call the place Limbo. This is the "hell" that Jesus descended into immediately after his death. He went to tell the righteous who were waiting there that they were redeemed and He would soon be leading them into heaven. This is the place where the "good thief" went and saw Jesus again on the day of his death. Because Jesus was there, it was Paradise. Some also call this place the bosom of Abraham. When Jesus ascended into heaven he brought all of the souls of the just who had lived up until that time with him. Prior to the Redemption,
"no man had ascended to heaven."

These be the sons of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob in Padanaram, with his daughter Dinah: all the souls of his sons and his daughters were thirty and three. Genesis 46:15

Read all of Genesis 46 in all the instances it mentions "souls" it's talking about people, not some vaporous thing that floats off somewhere after death!

Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. 1 Peter 3:20.. those eight souls were people

And we were in all in the ship two hundred threescore and sixteen souls. Acts 27:37.... that means people, not vaporous things!

Then sent Joseph, and called his father Jacob to him, and all his kindred, threescore and fifteen souls. Acts 7:14 ... again people

We use it still all the time today referring to people. such as "I went to the store and there wasn't a soul in there!" That doesn't mean spirit things, it means people!

We are souls who inhabit a body. Just because someone prefers to say '30 souls were in the store' rather than '30 bodies were in the store', doesn't mean the body is the same thing as the soul. The soul lives forever, the body is just its temporary housing.

Here's what God says;
"The soul that is sinning—it itself will die." Eze18:4
here's what Satan says;
"Now the serpent proved to be the most cautious of all the wild beasts of the field that Jehovah God had made. So it began to say to the woman: “Is it really so that God said YOU must not eat from every tree of the garden?” 2 At this the woman said to the serpent: “Of the fruit of the trees of the garden we may eat. 3 But as for [eating] of the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden, God has said, ‘YOU must not eat from it, no, YOU must not touch it that YOU do not die.’” 4 At this the serpent said to the woman: “YOU positively will not die. 5 For God knows that in the very day of YOUR eating from it YOUR eyes are bound to be opened and YOU are bound to be like God, KNOWING good and bad.” Ge3:1

This info are for those who are seeking truth and are ready for solid food!

Jesus said in my fathers house are many mansions. See this words as dimensions or levels.

First understand earth is in the 3dr dimension, where most go to rest is in the 4th dimension. Kingdom of heaven where everlasting live exist (meaning no death and live cycles)is from the 5th dimension upwards and to qualify to move up to the 5th dimension you will need the grace and blood of Jesus for the Holy Spirit to bring you through the fire into perfection.

Thread: WHERE WE GO AFTER DEATH , WHY MANY NON CHRISTIAN ALSO ENTER "HEAVEN" WITH A NDE ,REINCARNATION AND BIBLE CONTRADICTIONS

The lower 1st and second dimensions are the darker hellish dimensions.

1 Corinthians 13
If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.

If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing.

If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn’t love others, I would have gained nothing.
