A little about how the soul and body interact and how we see through illusions...

The Spirit is our source our origin, the essence we all carry that hold the sacred sparks that actually lives in and through us.
By our adventure into the physical world we animate the bodies of ideas, thoughts, emotions and vital/physical.
In the middle - between Spirit and our physical/creational presence - dwell the soul.

The inflow of life essence flows into the soul and by the creative forces makes something out of the emptiness which tunes into creation in vibrations, spiralling out in certain pattern.

When the soul succeed in communicating with the bodies on a purposeful level experience and wisdom goes the other way to empower the soul that comes alive through the various incarnations.

For this to be established there need to be a full entering into the matter one way and a full letting go of the physical the other way.
Hereby the pulse between soul and matter, matter and soul is established and the sacred part of the soul that is constantly in contact with the most sacred the One Life, the Spirit, invited to interact through the lower (more manifestation dedicated) part of the soul and into the bodies of manifestation.

In the world as it is now there is a lot of clutter being removed.
What we could call fake kingdoms or fake gods, that manifest in the astral ( emotional), mental and even in the lower soul realms.
These are founded in fear and limited perception.
Where the true rhythm between manifestation and Spirit is not yet established because there is a lack of openness to the inflowing pure love and light from the Spirit on one side, but also a lack of letting go from the physical so that the wisdom and experience isn't properly brought home.

In these days the sacred part of the soul is highly activated in order to make a true connection and to remove the clutter.
The Spirit is present in this sacred part of the soul calling and communicating with us as our Holy Mother and Father.

As this process speeds up so will the manifestation, because more energy will bound into this realm, and the shaking of the physical will enable more to make the focal shift from identifying with the matter to identifying with the soul.

By this process pain will arise, in the physical pain from bodily changes and alterations, emotional pain of confusion and pain and pain of feeling separated, on the mental level a pain of feeling isolated and lost. On the lower soul levels there will be the pain of giving up the illusive gods and fake kingdoms which have served as security (and a cage) for ages.

The more we identify with the sacred part of the soul the more the pain will be replaced / transformed into purpose, joy and love - and a willingness to walk this path as part of the One Life.
So in a sense pain arise from the illusion of being separated and the cute is understanding into our innermost that we are and will always be part of the One Life, the Spirit that dwells in us all.

In order to obtain this understanding it's important that we challenge it with open heart and mind, that we make it real by seeking the balance and make it part of our life, not only in ideas and thoughts but also into our speech, actions and emotions.
To break the illusions it's important that we let ourselves think beyond the chains of what we've been taught by the world - that world is changing moment by moment.
