In some cases, the foster parents & family are 10 times more screwed up than the parents who's kids were taken in the first place.
They're not all selfless heroes... Some are, but a lot of them come off as amazing people to the caseworkers because they know how to play it, but when you dig a little and check into their online activity and see their true colors, you'd be sickened.

I hear people talking about how much better Texas is all the time, about how much freer they are and how they should succeed from the US and amazingly enough they seem to come up with more rights infringing stuff like this than any other state.

If this happen to me I would probably go insane and go kill the Judge or who ever made this decision. It would be worth the jail time or electric chair to get vengeance. Government is in Tyranny.

The original complaint came from an "annonymous" tip.

Social workers are just human beings... not really capable of doing the right thing most of the time. They don't have a crystal ball. That and to many it is just a job... When I was a young teen... 12 or 13 my Mom was really mentally ill. She was very dangerous to be around. I called the hotline to get removed so I would be safe and have food to eat... but they never did... instead they sent a social worker out monthly??? My Mom would be in the background screaming like a crazy person, kill the bastard, you dirty fucking slut, i ought to slit your fucking throat... it was not a reason to remove me... the fact that I was losing weight and was down to 76 pounds was not either... i was starving... and even when my Mom came up about a foot from the social worker with a butcher knife in her hand, and threatened her... it was not enough for her to remove me... lol but she did however ask me to start meeting her in the car??? It was all good until it was her being threatened personally???

My point is... that is an organization that is a joke!!! It is a miracle if anyone is actually helped by those people. Things have not changed much.. My daughter now works at social services and she says it is just a joke. I was not surprised. It is very sad though.

This sort of thing happens all the time, no matter which way you choose to look at it.

I used to live with a foster parent that would beat my ass for wetting the bed. I had a freaking disorder and would get my ass beat over it. My dad finally regained custody of us, but to this day..I don't trust any of those assholes. Caseworkers or foster parents. Bunch of fuckin money hungry pieces of shits.

The feeling is mutual. It just might happen. Judge probably will be out of his/her home within a week and the social worker is probably in hiding.

Put the Social worker and Judge on TRIAL for Murder in the First Degree as their actions caused this CRIME to happen.

The missing variable is Cronyism. It seems Church Sponsored or Cult Sponsored Groups block-bust infrastructure utilizing asymmetrical warfare while putting boots on the ground.

It mostly seems within these groups are the ones that movies like The Tall Man (2012), The Factory (2012), The Clinic by James Rabbitts (2010), which are based on actual events or inspired by actual events, exists.

These groups seem to have human breeding operations and may be what is driving the increase of cannibalism events recently in the news.

I lived in about 8 foster homes from age 13 to 18, an not one of them was any good. One was abusive, not to me bc I was to big, but to another girl there. I'm talkin drug her by her hair down cement steps. Another ha a perfect home upstairs and then her son in the basement doing and selling drugs one a regular basis.
My situation was entirely different from most. A drunk driver hit my parents when I was 6 mths, my mom wa. Paralyzed with brainstem damage and in a nursing home and my dad just sucked. (He had money and owned a bar, but was useless. My aunt and uncle raised me but were older and had no money, they thought id be better of with my dad b. of money. They were wrong, him and my sisters beat the hell out of me. He was hardly every there and it sucked. He had friends in the system so had me put in voluntary foster care. My aunt tried to get me back but my dad had to muh power.
It was the worst experience of my life and to this day so fucks with me. I can't trust anyone, it took me 3-4 yrs before I was comfotable a bough to love my husband, thank god he stuck it out. I have panic attacks and anger problems. A lot of it has gotten better as I've gotten older, but it will always haunt my memories.
The girls who I saw abused was 13, she was overweight and the foster parents starved her bc of it. She finally let me turn them in at the school. She told them everything, but they told her she had to stay in the home while they investigated. Well when we got home my foster parents attacked us, I ran and called my worker and was moved, the girl said she made everything up bc she was so scared. I don't know what happens to her.
The system is completly jacked up. I'm one of te rare lucky ones who graduated and went to college, but only bc I'm so smart and school was easy for me. If I'd had to work at it like most I would have never made it.

That's terrible! Probably made your bed wetting issue 100 times worse too. 75% of my clients (we're not allowed to call them "patients") are products of the foster care system and are fucked up beyond belief because of their foster parents and/or the foster parents bio kids doing horrible things to them.




Some foster parents are felons themselves. The only charges that exclude someone from being a foster parent are violent crimes or crimes that have to do with children.. like rape, assault, furnishing alcohol to minors etc.
In the state of PA (and most other states) all you need to do to become a licensed foster parent is get a physical from a doctor and a home study... you can have a criminal background, but as long as you are clean through child line (no child abuse) you're golden. Every now and then you have to take an 8 hour class... and if you want the special needs/high risk kids, even more classes.. but that's more money they pay you. No psych evals (unless the courts request one, which is rare).
The going rate in PA is $21 per day per child... which doubles for high risk kids. They get state aid for medical, vision and dental, huge tax write off... plus everyone is always saying what heroes they are. When I hear that someone's a foster parent, I don't get the warm fuzzies.. actually, it makes my spidey senses tingle. Most of them do it for the income, even if it's not that much...
Seriously though.. if you ever run into anyone who's a foster parent, take a peek at their facebook or other online activity and forum posts (ivillage used to be packed with them) and you'll just shake your head. There are a lot of mentally unstable people who shouldn't be allowed to have kids of their own, let alone be allowed to have foster kids! But, the states are desperate for homes, so they really scrape at the bottom of the barrel.
