I'm a hardcore Tea Party guy, and I say do NOT fall for Obama's do-nothing Amnesty trap. Here's why:

Nobody really wants to solve this problem. The issue is anchor babies, until that problem is solved that will continue to be a problem that will create a crisis requiring remedy every 20 years or so.

Here's how to really fix this problem once and for all:
14th Amendment
Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Now see the problem? We need to address this problem at the constitutional level. Any law in violation of what I just underlined would be illegal and violate rights. We need a constitutional amendment undoing that language like they did with income tax. It needs to state that the legislature will set citizenship requirements, which would leave lots of room potentially for abuse or it needs to void birth within our borders as a means of becoming a U.S. Citizen and instead attach it to the citizenship of at least one of the parents regardless of where the child is born.

Constitutional convention not required. Lawsuit to Supreme Court or Congressional request to the Supreme Court for clarification of "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" would eliminate this anchor baby / chain migration problem. Legal scholars have been clear on this topic. A baby born in the US of illegals (non US citizens) are citizens of their parents country NOT citizens of US. Only if one parent is a US citizen does citizen transfer to the child. Neither Democrats nor Republicans take this to Supreme Court for clarification because both Dems and Reps are funded and controlled by globalists who want to do away with all national boundaries.

The fact is, Illegal Aliens are not going to follow Obama's plan,
especially if they think it can be undone by a Republican
president in 2016.

The GOP and Republican governors will file lawsuits, putting
enough doubt in the situation, because it would also take a
couple of years to get to the Supreme Court, again putting doubt
over the entire situation until 2016.

Republicans hold the majority of State legislatures, and will
collectively find ways to ensure (just like Texas has) that
Illegal Aliens cannot VOTE in 2016. Because as it's been noted
elsewhere, it would take 22 YEARS to process 5 million Illegals.

Illegals won't register as Obama mandates in his Executive order.
Most distrust government as much as any member of GLP does!

Illegals won't pay their Taxes. They won't get their fucking Greencards.
Some might get their family members over, but they can at least mow
my lawn and clean my house cheaply as payback for the damage they cause.


Obama's bullshit is really all for show and for his Base.
If anything, the Illegals should be pissed at him for giving
them false hope.

And don't bother with Impeachment, as much as Hussein deserves it.

It would pass the House, but not the Senate. Meanwhile, we take
the chance in alienating open-minded democrats (not the libtards)
who might be open to the Conservative movement because of Obama's
radical agenda against America.

Actually I've never hired a fucking Illegal in my life. Not

The trust is, I'm in favor of HARSH penalties for employers

Yeah, I am, fucknut. And my views are held by many other Tea Party
leaders, at least the more pragmatic ones.

I'm not saying I'm happy about this. Obviously, many of the libtards
are not happy with Obama's Amnesty either. I'd rather see Obama
and Eric Holder behind bars, but that's not going to happen as
long as a democrat is in office.


After 4 years in the Tea Party, I've learned to work smarter
and focus on the things that matter and on the things we can change.

That's why if I could chose between Impeachment or Govt shutdown,
I'd choose Govt Shutdown -- especially if it's shut down because
of Obama vetoes. Then it's HIS fault and he can't just vote PRESENT.
