Don't feel bad, but that's not how it works. Most Americans have NO idea how the government or anything connected with the government works. The House of Representatives is analogous to a Grand Jury, except the proceedings are not secret. Without going into the whole procedure, the House hears evidence that a crime or crimes have been committed, and they vote to impeach, as a grand jury hands down a true bill to INDICT someone. Bill Clinton was impeached by the House. It then goes to the Senate, as a defendant would go to trial. The Senate puts the president on trial. The Senate acquitted Clinton, and it would acquit Obama too. The rules require a two thirds majority to convict, so even if all the republicans in the new majority Republican Senate voted to convict Obama, they would need another dozen democrats to vote with them. So you can see this is ridiculous, unless Obama murdered someone on the White House lawn. |

A 2/3 majority, or 67 votes, would be needed to convict Hussein, and that's not going to happen. Regardless, the republicans in the Senate are too timid for such an undertaking. Democrats are expected to have 10 seats up for election in 2016 (mostly in safe, libtard states), and republicans are expected to have 24 seats up for election.
