Michelle Obama Recently Cited Alleged Example of Racism at Target — Her Story Sounded Pretty Different When She Told It in 2013

I don't really know what else to say about this. It's all so clear.

While I'm not 6 foot tall, like Michelle, I have offered to help people get things off the shelf before, as many aren't limber, even if they aren't driving in a cart. Mostly if they seem to be looking right at me.

Just common courtesy.

Of course, I didn't write my PhD dissertation at Princeton on racism. Michelle sent written requests to all her black classmates seeking examples of racism they had suffered in higher education.

I'd like to see the Asians, who were forced to score 700 points higher on their SATs than the blacks, and had many other scores against them (such as, in some cases, having parents who attended college. No parental college is worth about a hundred points, etc.). They are the ones who are being truly discriminated against. Eventually, we will all see this.

There was an asian student who was validictorian at Livermore High which simply amazing test scores who was denied entrance to their local college - UC Berkeley - in the 1990's. The teachers in Livermore simply raised a hissy fit and threatened to make a public fuss, even a possible strike. She was a girl, but even that bonus didn't qualify her to study. At the same time, literally hundreds of foreign students and God-only-knows how many minority American students were passed in ahead of her. This is a California Public School, but even 20 years ago was virtually shut off to gifted California Asian and White students. It is believed to be affecting asian Americans about 20-1 over whites who have been passed over.

Someday there will be a reckoning. Count on it.

To further explain just how extreme our reverse-racism is here, that Asian girl in Livermore besides top scores, top grades, strong extracurricular activity was also well-loved by her classmates and had a strong service-to-others community service record. All of these are counted on the score sheet supposedly used to determine entries.

The issue, BTW, was resolved in that the teachers' demands were met. Why should they teach people if even the best they can produce will not be granted entry into the local public university?

How many times a day is someone asked to get something off an higher shelf? My wife asked me many times to get something from the upper shelves.

What I really find a bit off, why in the hell would she be shopping at Target, #2 - wouldn't she be covered with body guards. This story makes zero sense, we all know the secret service is in massive numbers no matter where either one goes, and for the so called general population to have interactions with either makes no sense.
