In which year you start to get old?

The day I fell. I was 58 or 59.

Actually it took a couple days for the real impact to be felt. I'd try to walk a hundred yards or so. At some point, my back and leg would seize up and pretty much freeze me in place when I tried to keep going.

Prior to falling, mentally I felt the same way as when I was in my twenties, although physically I acted like I was 45-50.

There were no thoughts of mortality until after the fall. I fell again twice, about 5 moths ago and again a couple months ago.

The last one really made me think about the limited time I might have on earth with this body. I'm 64 now.

I guess I more meant "grown up", not necessarily old.

I'd probably still be acting like a jerk-off teenager. And, well, I don't know.

62. I got a second round of cancer and needed surgery, radiation and chemo. Got peripheral neuropathy from the chemo and that really slowed me down and messed up my balance. I'm still fighting it (68 now) but I'm much more aware of my abilities/disabilities now.

Out to start planting my spring garden. Some things I'll never give up!

Iv started to feeling old for the past few years im 46. But i do think its beacuse iv started thinking im old. Im looking older and not fit anymore, maybe that dosnt help.
I need to get fit and feel young.
Iv got 3 grand children to that dosnt help being called nanna

Physically? 35. Others will back me up. Not that you instantly look old then, no, but that's the point at which, from being on an ascending curve of youth, you start on the descending curve, and each year after 35, you look a tiny bit older.
