Regulations are not laws. Even if statutes are drafted, they do not supersede the constitution which is absolute until amended. The 2nd amendment stands and in truth, unrestricted. 1st amendment, freedom of press and speech. Remain defiant to the end and let not these despots have their way.

As to treaties:

Treaties do not marginalize or supersede U.S. Constitution.
Treaties cannot alter or amend the Constitution.

Treaties can be nullified by statute by congress or state legislature when the treaty is destructive to the people. Self preservation overrides treaty obligation performance.

The Supreme Court has acknowledged constitutional supremacy versus treaty in Reid v. Covert, October 1956, 354 U.S. 1, at page 17.

Since when does the State Department have the power to write law let alone enact it?

I didn't visit the link, but assuming what you have posted is accurate, this is clearly motivated by the desire to suppress information like plans and specifications for 3d printing. As is typical the laws will be made broad so as to allow them to be applied to whomever they choose for a host of "violations". Tyrannical bastards!

Quite honestly, if 'they' can pass legislation such as this, we've no use for our guns, as it's quite obvious there is nothing so serious as to make us enact our 2nd Amendment.

We may as well just turn them in, be this the case.

This is the same law they used to try to shut down the 3d printed gun files. The government is already being sued over that fiasco.

I agree, that seems to be the aim. But the current language is very broad and could be used against someone who also has a gun review on their YT page that shows technical aspects of the gun.
So say they want to take a dissident out who happens to have some gun reviews...BOOM, now its easy to use this law against them too.

See my post above. They will likely use this against 3D gun printers as well anyone causing problems. I doubt EVERY person who has a video will get arrested, but it's still the FACT they are tweaking the laws to ALLOW them to use it when it suits their agenda. Make sense?

The 1st and 2nd amendments are very clear and don't need parasites like the NRA or supreme court for interpretation. Only a concon can change them and there cannot be one in secret that stands as legitimate.
