Anyway, here is a picture of the Earth's shadow I took recently. [link to i.imgur.com] |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 44726228 Not one ,so far, has known that you can easily see the earth's shadow. You are thoroughly indoctrinated if you think you've debunked anything at all. Epic fail! So I have 'indoctrinated' my eyes to see the curved shadow of the earth rising opposite the setting sun? Not very logical this one. |

If the sun is a 360 degree ball of light .. the moon should be full always .. Especially in the day time, when each are viable in the sky .. Is the earth flat? Maybe not .. But are things we've been taught "fact"? Most likely not. There's more to this world than we know .. Flat earth theory nearly asks a question .. We've long since thought we knew for certain about. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 71453904 Ireland 02/14/2016 12:57 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | You cannot see the edge of the flat earth ever. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 44726228 But you can easily see the edge of the round earth with your own eyes. It happens twice a day at sunrise and sunset. Google image 'earth shadow' and witness many images of the shadow. If someone knows how to in-bed one of these images I would appreciate it. It starts just as the sun goes down under the horizon. It has to be clear with no clouds. Look to the east you will see the curved shadow of the earth on the horizon. As the sun goes down further under the horizon, the shadow in the east rises and grows. Exactly like it would on a round earth. One of my favorite things is to watch the earth's shadow. What is odd is that very few people know that they can easily see the Earth's shadow. I have asked about 50 people if they knew about this and only one person knew that you could easily see the Earth's shadow. But he had a minor in astronomy in college. So he was well educated. There is no way a FE can explain the visible earth's shadow with their silly CIA, NASA, contrived theory. |

There is no reasoning with these dudes. He even answers the actual question to the lunar phases. The shadow is curved during the phases of the moon. We can ALL see this on any given night. You do not have to be Einstein to visualize in your mind, a lit ball of light illuminating one side of a sperhical earth, casting a shadow on its spherical moon when the moon is positioned behind the Earth in relation to the sun. Or, perhaps you cannot, as that would probably take an IQ of 100. |
