OK you guys. I'm going to offer a different opinion that is sure to be attacked but please hear me out.

I am an extremely dedicated Trump fan and I personally believe at this point all Republicans either hate or love Trump.

I have a true fear that Trump could be eekked out of the nomination if this perfect storm occurs:

Kasich drops out and his support, along with Jeb's will go to either Rubio and Cruz.

Carson's few will go to Trump.

If Rubio and Cruz get any closer to Trump at this point we could easily see one of the two run neck and neck with Trump and we do NOT want that to happen.

Therefore, please hear me out on this.

Bernie's fan base is as huge, strong and dedicated to Bernie as we are to Trump. Some love Bernie and many simply hate Hillary.

If Hillary wins against Bernie these young pups are going to be PISSED and will vote for ANYONE other than Hillary.

We NEED to know this large volume of people will support Trump if/when Bernie drops out as Drudge headlines suggest may occur in as little as 2 weeks.

Therefore no matter how much we disagree with their young mindset we must not lash out at them as the woman in the video told us is happening when encountering Trump supporters.

Do you seriously want Bernie's supporters to vote for Rubio or Cruz? Because if that occurs you might as well kiss Trump good-bye.

Our attitude about Trump is becoming rather obnoxious and I'm not just talking about call centers either. It's all over this board.

Jeb's campaign was a joke- I'm the first to admit it. But I personally thought his concession speech Saturday night was gracefully handled. Yet when I clicked on here I saw comment after comment full of hateful and insulting remarks.

Let me put this another way. The church I attend does NOT believe in talking about politics during worship. Yet even yesterday the Minister inserted an example regarding how we Christians are to walk the walk by using this example:

"I was listening to an interview by Glen Beck this week and the person being interviewed mentioned who he would be backing in the Presidential election. (Our Pastor didn't name names but we can easily figure out who he was talking about.) Beck began chastising the man, asking him how in the world he could vote for his choice over Beck's (and we know Beck supports Cruz). The man replied that his choice may not "talk the talk" but he definitely walks the walk and that his candidate of choice is an "extremely generous man."

I believe we must back off while we are winning because in as little as two weeks time we may well need the help of Bernie's supporters in order to coast into the White House.

I've always maintained that Trump could easily slaughter Hillary as opposed to Bernie. But we've got to clinch the nomination and general election and that's going to include hundreds of more delegates and the general population.

I am encouraging Trump supporters to take it down a notch when approached by Bernie's supporters.

Treat them with respect and not contempt. We may well need them. Trump even said as much during an interview over the weekend.

If Donald Trump is counting on Bernie supporters to switch over to him then certainly WE must bend over backwards to help Trump achieve this.

And painful as that may be, we must handle these young kids more kindly.

Think about it - if she's around 20, she was about 5 when the Twin Towers fell. There's a whole generation that don't even remember the pivotal event of the last 50 years, and these kids are able to vote!!!

For one thing, the voting age should be raised to at least 25, and I would prefer 30. Only mature adults with jobs should be allowed to vote. These kids have no brains and no life experience and they've all been brain washed in college. No way they should have any say in how things are in done.

Trump is not an ideologue of ANY stripe, which is what makes him so effective. He will do the practical things that need to get done to improve the country and he's not going to waste his fucking time fighting abortion and gay rights that are just a pointless abyss right now. We need to focus on immigration, economy and national and international security - the culture wars need to be PUT ON THE SHELF until we're in good shape again. I'm sure he would pick a reasonably conservative justice for SCOTUS. That's all I reasonably expect. Anyone who passes any kind of conservative litmus test WOULD NOT WIN THE GENERAL ELECTION.
