If you know when the next Jubilee will be, and if you understand Daniel's prophecy properly, then it is clear when it all starts.

So what about doom on June 4th?

Seems like the Mayan calendar thing is like waiting for the dinar to revalue and free money for everyone.

Re: True Mayan Calendar end date is December 18, 2017
The Temple was destroyed by Titus on 70 AD but the war between the Romans and the Jews continued for an additional 3 more years, and it ended on the siege of Masada on 73 AD. After this siege, the land of Israel went on a state of Sabbath where the land was not tilled and put to rest.

Christ died on 33 AD, and the siege of Masada happened 40 years later.

Similarly, Israel entered the promised land 40 years after the exodus.

Thus, there was also exactly 30 periods of 49 years each between the time ISrael first tilled the land and the time it was put on Sabbath.

Well isn't that interesting. It seems to have had an 'end date' every year since I've been a member on GLP.

Re: True Mayan Calendar end date is December 18, 2017
73 AD when the land of Israel was put on Sabbath, was a Jubilee year.

The next Jubilee year will be on 2033.

2033 - 73 = 1960
1960 / 49 = 40

Thus there is exactly 40 periods of 49 years each between 73 AD and the last Jubilee of 2033.

Adding the 30 periods of 40 years each from the time Israel entered the promised land and its desolation on 73 AD, we have a total of 70 periods of 49 years each, or 70 Jubilees.

THus from the time Israel entered the promised land, and the time we enter Christ's 1,000 years reign, there will be a total of 70 Jubilees.

To get to know when it all starts, one has to understand Daniel's prophecies about the 70 weeks, the 2300 mornings and evenings, the 1290 days and the 1335 days.

And this is how I got the date December 18, 2017 as the true Mayan Calendar end date.

Not that the 70th Jubilee and the last one to be celebrated, 2033, is also the 2000th anniversary of Christ's death.

Re: True Mayan Calendar end date is December 18, 2017
According to Bishop Ussher's chronology, the Exodus occurred on 1491 BC, and he also believed 4 BC was the birth of Christ.

I believe Christ was born on 1 BC, so the correct date of the exodus should be 1488 BC.

Israel entered the promised land 40 years later or on 1448 BC.

The first 49 years of Israel in the promised land ended on 1400 BC, thus the first Jubilee celebrated was on 1399 BC.

The number of years between 1399 BC and 72 AD (the year before the Jubilee year of 73 AD) and inclusive of both years is 1470 years. There is no zero year.

1470 / 49 = 30 Jubilees

The number of years between 73 AD and 2032(the year before the Jubilee year of 2033) and inclusive of both years is 1960 years.

1960 / 49 = 40 Jubilees

Thus 2033 will be the 71st jubilee to be celebrated since Israel entered the promised land.

This means the Jubilee is celebrated the year after each 49 year period, or the 1st year of the succeeding 49 year period.

Or in other words, the 1st year of each 49 year period is itself a Jubilee year.

By moving the Mayan calendar end date from 2012 to 2017, you also move the Mayan start date from 3114 BC to 3109 BC.

I believe the following close conjunctions of 6 heavenly bodies that occurred on August 30, 3109 BC may have been the marker used to determine the start date of the Mayan calendar:
[link to www.fourmilab.ch]

Perhaps, a comet may have appeared on this date as well, making it the 7th heavenly body joining this close conjunctions.

On December 18, 2017, there will be a similar close conjunctions of 6 heavenly bodies:
[link to www.fourmilab.ch]

I believe the Mayan calendar end date marks the return of this particular comet that appeared on the Mayan calendar start date.
