Does anyone LOVE their job?

I do leadership development. I love it.

Which one? I love my jobs...it's fun to help people and make an obscene amount of money at the same time.

Systems Admin here, it's an ok job, but I would be lying if I said id rather be here than enjoying a cold beer by the pool.

I do. It's more about loving where you work. More important than finding a place you love is just finding a place or job that you don't hate.

What job? Been putting resume/applications out, can't even find a minimum (poverty) wage job.

I certainly do love my job. I'm self employed.

I do. I get to help build a product right here in the USA that is the best of its kind in the world. Who wouldn't love that?

Would you really want to spend the rest of your life drinking beer by a pool? Sounds boring to me.

I work in the national security arena as well write books used in universities around the world.

I absolutely love both vocations.

I work in medical and love it. Being able to help people and save lives is extremely rewarding. So yeah I definitely love my job

UPDATE: Got some nasty wheel grab and ate it pretty bad. Scrapped hand and bruised my hip. Work sucks!

In our society, everyone with a job serves others. We all do. The more people you serve and the more efficiently you serve them, the more money you can make for yourself.

Bill Gates became a gazillionaire because he serves billions of people.
Donald Trump serves millions of people.
An airline pilot flying a wide body jet may serve a thousand people a day.
A prostitute serves how many in a day???

Granted, this doesn't address your question directly, but if you were serving a shit load of people, and serving them efficiently and making a ton of money doing it, something tells me you'd probably enjoy it because it'd be very financially rewarding.

good point. not really what i was asking, but relevant enough :P seems like it would be a better use of time to start a youtube channel than go to college. higher odds of becoming rich and way higher odds of enjoying what you do. i just look at all the available jobs and all the jobs i can get with college and just none of them sound appealing. i've worked in factories most my life and just started trying retail. opened my eyes quite a bit actually as to how shitty every job seems to be. run you're own business or be ran over i guess. kinda sad.
