The child — later identified by Columbus police as Tyre King — had "pulled a gun from his waistband" when officers attempted to take him and another male into custody, the Columbus Division of Police said in a statement. As the encounter unfolded, an officer shot King "multiple times."

I don't know about you, but if I find myself in a confusing situation with police, I will not be pointing a wii, or anything at them.
Sure it may be fucked up that you find yourself in a situation where cops are TRYING TO DO THEIR JOB, or maybe really bad luck and get a fucktard cop.. But if you remain CALM, and don't do anything fucking STUPID, your chances of not being shot to death are pretty damn good.
