My uncle. He wanted it legalized. But he ingested three marihuanas and OD'd and his little children found him naked on the bathroom floor. So he doesn't smoke anymore.

Me, It is not the govt's right to tell you what to do bout this...period! As long as you harm no one. How many people do you hear about killing people while driving like booze? Right. As of March 31st, it is no legal for South Africans to grow, cultivate and use cannabis in and on their private property. The Western Cape High court has ruled it and "infringement of privacy" to not allowed it for personal use. It has given parliament 24 months to amend the current laws.
