I worked in porn for 5 years. Its evenly split between those who are responsible adults like Hollie Stevens, Torri Paige, Shyra Sheer and others I worked with.

Stripper. She is a physical therapist now, married to an orthopedic surgeon, and works one floor down from my wife. She was smart, funny, didn't trick, good parents, and she's a good mom and wife now so I'd say, not in her case.

However, we met while I was bouncing in the club she worked at which was high-end, allowed zero physical contact, and didn't charge for things like stage fees. Also, they had a very strict drug and tricking policy.

This was twenty years ago though, and the industry has changed. Even the hight end joints allow lap dancing and don't keep an eye on prostitution.
