Hi Ahim-sa, Cos and Dances <3!!!

These are incredible times. I've really withdrawn from my heart and The Flow this last year +. I engaged in an extremely abusive relationship on all levels that was really damaging for me in every aspect of my life. My light, my chakras, dimmed and muddled and I got really sick.

Several months ago little signs started nudging their way back into my consciousness (perhaps I sought them out - ah, well, it's one in the same anyway, isn't it? ;D). Birds, lights, a random card, "You are Being Helped" that fell out of a bin... small at first, but quickly growing. I began to vibrate away from those painful, constricting expressions I was surrounding myself with. Reconnected with some beautiful spirits and met some new ones. I am suddenly vividly aware of my guides vibrating on those faster planes again - and boy, oh, boy, do they swarm the room with LOVE! Each day the synchronicity, the wonder just speeds up. It's incredible.

Finding my way back to my Spirit, my Soul. Cleansing that constricting, separating hatred out (especially the self-loathing, unforgiving kind) and filling with love, with acceptance. Filled with so much more gratitude than I ever before could comprehend. <3

The Guards’ publication Mashregh, in a warning to America, revealed a detailed plan to attack U.S. bases in the region, including, in Kuwait, two air bases, Ali Al Salem and Ahmed Al Jaber, and the U.S. military camps of Buehring, Spearhead, Patriot and Arifjan. Also targeted are U.S. air bases in Afghanistan, the super U.S. base Al Adid in Qatar, its other super base at Al Dhafra in the United Arab Emirates and Thumrait Air Base in Oman.

Guards’ plans include the launch of ballistic missiles at the narrow Strait of Hormuz from deep within Iran to disrupt the flow of oil and destabilize the world economy.
The Guards have also armed hundreds of speed boats with high explosives for suicide attacks against U.S. Navy assets and the shipping traffic in the Gulf. Sources within the Guards also reveal that the Guards have been training pilots for suicide attacks against U.S. assets in the Gulf by using smaller planes loaded with explosives.

According to Sepahonline, the outlet close to sources in the Revolutionary Guards, these kamikaze-style attacks by planes are being prepared in southern Iran. The Guards purchased Lycoming aircraft engines through a third party in Germany. The engines were then transferred to Azerbaijan and from there to Iran.

Of what numbers are the factors of 33? Our answer is 1, 3, 11, and 33. These numbers hold a special place within the structure of your world, and these numbers have been used by the light as well as the dark for many ages, not just in recent times. As you as a collective reach certain points along your journey, you will find you will begin to recognize many signs and symbols that have been placed before you either by the light or the dark. Just because a symbol has been inserted into your environment by agents of the dark, it does not necessarily denote an evil attempt to control you or manipulate you.
Take for example the many signs and symbols utilized by those of your secret societies, including the Illuminati and the Freemasons. You will find many of their signs and symbols are not of their construct at all, but are in fact ancient symbols denoting many different sacred powers and structural aspects of your reality. Many symbols possess within them activation codes and the ability to awaken once dormant powers or memories within a being. Many of these symbols are being used at this time to do just that; awaken many souls who are yet asleep as we quickly approach the time when all souls will be awakened.
The awakening process all of you are currently experiencing, or will soon experience, has been planned meticulously to be as smooth and gentle a process for you as is possible. We wish not to shake you violently out of your dreamlike states, as this sudden awakening can be quite damaging to your energy systems. Those of you who are awakened today are leaders of your fellow man. You have demonstrated that it is you that are suited for and prepared to begin to receive your activations that will return your memories to you of who it is you truly are and all the memories that have been stored within your memory banks before your current incarnation into the physical.
All your cherished memories have been safely preserved for you and will be returned to you at the appropriate time. This time is approaching rapidly and we see many of you making great strides towards this day by clearing your no longer needed and burdensome lower dimensional thought forms, habits and tendencies. We would be very pleased to see many more of you begin to do this, and we of the Galactic Federation of Light will continue to display the signs and symbols of ancient design that will assist you in these processes.
You may wish to not always assume that if a symbol is of an esoteric nature that it is being used by the dark for evil purposes. Most of these esoteric symbols are birthed from the higher realms, and it is here in the higher realms where the polarity of good and evil, light and dark, does not exist. There are those symbols displayed by the dark at this time and all throughout their reign; however, this hidden language is not of their own manifestation and has only been borrowed by them.
What these symbols stand for and what powers of creation they possess is up to you to learn and understand for yourself, and today this information is readily available to all throughout the Internet and bookstores and libraries as well. We suggest to you not to be afraid or shun these symbols, but to learn about them and discover their true meanings and origins. You will find many of them possess no ill intent or dark powers of any kind.
Looking ahead now to our plans to return you to full consciousness, we see many of you rather excited for this day. We will proceed as slowly and cautiously as is possible, and as such will attempt to give you clues along the way to help better ease you back to this remembrance and not to rush you in any way. The realization of who you are and what lives you have left behind may be rather startling for many of you, and we will do our best to make this as gentle and fun a process for you as we can. We feel many of you already have come to the firm realization that your present incarnation is not your first incarnation. We are very pleased to see this, as this milestone is surely the most important as we begin the process of returning you to full consciousness. We would even say that this step is essential to your memories being returned you.
We see that it would be quite a shock to many of you if your memories of your prior existence were returned to you when you had no idea they existed in the first place. Preparing yourself with the understanding that many of you not only have a prior history but a lengthy history going back many thousands of years is a very healthy start to these necessary proceedings.
Another valuable understanding at this time is that we of the higher realms are not strangers to you at all, as all of you have connections, friends and family, that have remained within the higher dimensions while you journeyed ‘down’ into the physical realm of the third dimension. Understanding this will alleviate much of the fear and anxiety some of you are feeling and many more of you will succumb to in the days ahead. To believe that your loved ones who have been guiding you and protecting you throughout all your physical incarnations would sit idly by as negative beings interfered with your journey at any point is without reason or sound conception, and we see this belief as entirely fear-based due to uninformed opinion.
Please assist us as we assist you spread this information far and wide. There are many channels and sources of this type of liberating information and we wish to see this information at least available to all who may, or may not, choose to at least familiarize themselves with it. This is all we ask as we cannot force anyone to read our words or to believe them upon reading. This is the sacred right of all souls, and all must be permitted to choose their own path and awaken according to their own schedule.
Although we would very much like to move ahead with our many plans and projects, we cannot rush those who are not yet ready for such revelations that have the power to do damage to certain individuals. There are so very many of you who have achieved very different levels of consciousness and we must cater to those who have yet awakened as it is these souls who are susceptible to damage caused by the sudden shock of such information. All is proceeding very well however, and our plans are proceeding on schedule thanks to our many Lightworkers in the field who are helping spread the word of all that is transpiring in your world. Each of you have your own areas of expertise and knowledge, and we are quite pleased at the coverage of so many different areas of these many different processes and subjects that all deserve their recognition as they each hold a place of relevance at this point in your collective, as well as individual journey. Please keep up the fine work you are all doing, and soon you will reap the benefits of all your labors.
We continue to see the removal of the fighting forces of the Cabal and their destructive machines, and we are also pleased to share with you that the plans to eradicate them from your reality are also proceeding perfectly according to our prearranged schedule. We see no delays or problems in this regard, and it will not be much longer until they have not one space fighter left available to them.
The Cabal had amassed quite a force of space fighters and other space travel related crafts as their financial resources were virtually limitless due to their pilfering of the people of your world for centuries. This is the kind of wealth that will soon be returned to you, the people of Earth, upon the initiation of your new financial system in the days ahead.
We understand that many of you are struggling today as your world economy crumbles under its own bloated weight, and say to you your new system will be yours; there will be no denying this. At this time, many men and women of your world work tirelessly on this new system based on abundance and equality, and we do see the many obstacles standing in the way of its implementation being removed on a daily basis. Upon the arrest of many members of the criminal Cabal, we see the biggest obstacle being removed, and we then see your new system coming online soon afterwards.
As we have said, much counts on the removal of your criminal Cabal, and much of our efforts are geared towards this process. They will be removed, and much is also transpiring behind the scenes on this front as well. We again ask you to monitor your news outlets and share all relevant information with your brothers and sisters. The news of these mass arrests will come sudden and come hard, and we wish you to be prepared for this inevitability and to share this event with everyone you can reach. You have been told all along that you were co-creating your new Earth by your thoughts and actions each day, and this was not merely poetic license. You, each of you, are literally creating your new world with the building blocks of creation you have been given. The tools with which you are utilizing to build your new dream world are your computers, your social networks, and your visions, imaginations, thoughts, intentions, words, pictures, videos, stories, and most importantly, the manner in which you interact which each other.
As each day passes, we see your new world being created by you, even as you cannot yet see the progress of your blossoming creation. We can say to you that your new world is coming along absolutely beautifully, with gorgeous colors and breathtaking landscapes, and we can hardly wait for you all to see the child you are co-creating together.
Your new home will be a wonderland, rich in its tapestries of natural treasures, pure in its life springs of water and air, and will ever remain unpolluted by those of the dark nature. Your new world will be yours to cherish and safeguard from harm, to enjoy and to prosper, and it will be yours in the days ahead upon your ascension into your new beginning. Continue into each and every day with the understanding that you are building your new home with each interaction with each other, and your new world will continue to blossom into the gorgeous paradise we see growing before our eyes today.
The unveiling of your new home is not far off in the distance, but we do have pressing matters here that must be taken care of first. What we need from you is your cooperation, as we must feel it is safe to proceed with our landings in order for us to get started on the many necessary projects with you. This is why the criminal Cabal is being removed from their positions of power, and this is why you will soon witness them being brought to justice for their crimes against humanity. We feel the reasons for these arrests have been made clear to many of you, and so far we have not heard anyone who is not associated with the Cabalists take an opposing viewpoint. This is important, as we have said, this is your world and we must follow your wishes, whatever they shall be. Having said that, we wish to make it clear there are limits to what will be allowed to transpire here, such as wars and the destruction of your planet.
At present, we, the Galactic Federation of Light, along with our Earth allies, have thwarted every attempt by the dark ones to start another world war as they desperately attempt to find any means possible to hold on to their power and thwart our reunion with you and your ascension into the higher realms. We have stated many times that we will not permit this, and as each day passes with no onset of war in your Middle East, you may see this as a sign that we are here and we do keep our word, for indeed we do.
Looking at the prospects of the Cabal and those party to this collection of ruthless criminals, we see they are without hope and without chance to maintain their criminal empire any longer. Our Earth allies have effectively cut off many of their streams of money, which is your money, and faction after faction of their organization is going bankrupt, no longer able to pay their minions and their overhead any longer. This was part of the plan, to cut off their money supply and choke off the life blood of their criminal empire.
The Cabals’ power has always been based solely on money, and vast amounts of it were necessary to keep their organization afloat. These enormous sums of money had to come from someplace, and it came from the only source of money there is left on this planet, and that is the money of the people. Every penny that lines their pockets comes from you. Whether they tax you for it, steal it from you, or sell back to you the natural resources of your planet that are rightfully yours. Your money, created by your labor, is the lifeblood of their empire, and they have cunningly crafted countless ways to pilfer this money from you.
Can you imagine just how much money will become available to the people once the Cabal have been removed from your society and all the wealth that has been siphoned from the people is freed to better the lives of all of you? There exists such a vast amount of wealth that is available to you, that is and has always been rightfully yours, and it will be returned to you where it can be used to better the lives of every man, woman, and child on your planet equally, with no favoritism for anyone, any people, or anyplace. This will be your new system, and this system will be based on the natural law of abundance.
Currently, your economic systems are based on lack, scarcity, and debt, and a relative few have been dividing up the enormous amounts of wealth on your planet while the rest of you have been forced to scramble for crumbs left after their overindulgence. This is about to change, and it will change so many lives completely.
Your new system has been in the making for many years, and there are many men and women dedicated and devoted to this new and better way for your human family and we know they can hardly wait to unveil to you what they have created for all of you through years of hard work and negotiation. Those of the light have very many allies, and although it may seem your fight has been a lonely one at times, you are never alone, not nearly, and never have been. You have allies above you, allies all around you, and allies below you. The light is everywhere, and everywhere shall be returned the light.
Remain patient dear ones, for you have journeyed so much longer than many of you realize and the days from now until all that has been promised are so few in the larger picture. It is not like your days today are filled with emptiness, for each of you reading these words have much work you are to be accomplishing. As we have said there are forces of light everywhere around you and their days are filled with activity, assisting in their own way to make all your dreams a reality, and each of these tasks is a vital piece to the complex and enormous puzzle. You too have a vital role to play, and it can be said that many of your allies await you and your success to inform your brethren of what is transpiring all around them.
Do not get stuck on one individual and one concept, instead, hit and run with an expanded vision of your collective reality. Many of you have already learned all too well that there are few among you who will be exposed for the first time to new information and immediately except these new ideas as fact. Always try to keep in mind that your job is not to convince anyone of anything. Your job is to introduce these broader concepts into another's reality and allow them to accept it or rejected it. Hi Nrg - I think he is correct - you know in a Nasa Ibex update they show how the solar system bobs up and down as it travels the milky way -it makes no sense if you use the picture we are used to - it makes perfect sense the way he discribes it. The following video, contain a quantum leap, at least thats the effect tis having on myself and my son. Amazing amazing stuff.

Not being one that expresses my feelings easily, I well up at the thought of what is about to happen. Take heart, the show has begun.

Dances, I am profoundly happy you and Ra have realized the "new" science of the cosmos. It was like a light went off in my head as it just makes so much sense. It may not be perfect, but it is certainly a leap from the traditional view.

Hi Divinity. We made it! I'm fine tuning my body to withstand the massive vibratory change we are about to experience this spring. Instinctively, I joined a health club at 35 dollars a month in January and am getting into prime shape. Doing active resistance training, cardio and swimming to help facilitate our transition from carbon based to crystalline based cellular structure. The steam and sauna certainly have helped my stress levels.

My mantra of late has been mostly Ho’oponopono, although I have been visualizing my self as an embryonic seed within the heart of our Mother Spirit in moments of stillness.

Healing :D!

I'm re-reading "The Fifth Sacred Thing", one of my favorite books and very relevant to Now. A friend who borrowed it several months back left a simple bookmark inside for me. It says "Ho’oponopono". It is a gentle reminder, I'm making a now-practice ;)!


I am right there, Sister :)... finding the Blessing that is me. I mediated this morning and have just been hugging myself since. I complete me. Simply :))!

I shall have to create a new one or find the old one! I've moved a lot since then - haha, its in my nature :). But the poetry and the art is just flowing now... maybe it will pour out soon too :)! We shall see!!

Tap dance across the trees,
Shoots of soft green,
Bend and twist into shapes,
That capture your attention,
Sooth you with their sweet tenderness,
A lovely backdrop for the random speckling,
Of slightly more vibrant, ready colors,
Violet, yellow, hot coral, red,
Melding into their dance,
Seemingly chaotic,
Knowingly structured in the breezy way,
That grips and secures,
Grasps you in a manner so gentle,
From within, to without,
One in the same.
Lost often to a rhythm,
Manufactured by that,
Seemingly structured,
Knowingly chaotic in the poisonous way,
Suffocating,
Chokes you with your own, worn fingers,
Bones beneath sagging skins,
Heavy from unnatural products,
Native to that messy, mind numbing beat,
You find yourself listening to
When the desire to be heavy,
To be lost claws you,
You, a robot,
Wielding your own "on" button,
Behind a translucent case without walls
You can't see it,
So thick are you,
In ignoring that pink elephant in the corner,
Until in those moments,
That gentle now awareness,
You breath,
