How will my court case go ? . It's later this year . I'm trying to recoup the money that I had to pay out 144 thousand , as the buyer that baught my house was found to be introduced by the previous agents . She didn't disclose to my second agent . I had to pay legals plus another commission . She legally ticked the box on the legal form to say she wasn't introduced . My lawyer said it should be easy and I will recoup . What i do need is but a detailed request from you
