We went to TGIF and I ordered a big, fat, juicy cheeseburger and a glass of red wine and we toasted that I didnt die. I am not kidding. I will likely never return to that diet, at least my body and kidneys cannot handle it. I think I will stick to organic foods and eat healthy meals like they serve at Panera Bread. I am 40 yrs old and tall and slender and have no health problems at all. Please stop the diet if you start having lower back pain or abdominal pain. Dont mess with a build up of oxalate crystals. It can cause kidney failure, heart attacks and brain damage, DO NOT DO WHEAT! It's toxic! Ever since the Rockefeller's messed with it to create the cancer industry on the 40s. |

Not for beginners - They need recipes without a dehydrator. Make sure the corn is organic so it's not GMO. Toaster oven did just fine :) Sorry! Then it went over 105 degrees! NOT raw. 118° or below for raw Very easy to achieve in an oven. And remember, 118° is for the food temp which runs about 20° lower than your oven air temp. Great. My stupid oven won't go below 160 - I believe it's part of a conspiracy to keep us sick. |

I am not receiving any benefit by sharing with you what happened to me just in the last 11 days, I am giving a warning that if you have sensitive kidneys you need to do your research before you take on a diet with so much oxalate producing vegetables. Yes, this can cause pain - stored toxins coming out. Leave them there and they get you later in life. I'm in some pain right now - in the arm - chemical burn from hair dye, makeup etc. Using also sauna and chelation to remove it - but have to watch how much so I manage the pain. Done this a number of times before - eg had HUGE burning rash on right hand - right where I had a peuter ring at 13 YO - peuter has lead in it. You must drink plenty of reverse osmosis water to help kidneys. And have VARIETY! That ensures that any toxins you take in won't bee too much. |

These are healthier than ordinary junk food in super market but NOTHING compares to 100% raw plant food to really reverse aging. You will know the difference when you go zero cooked food - because you will wonder the first few days why eating only apples and carrots and raw cashews and sprouted lentils or whatever makes you feel so spacey and weird - it's toxins coming out. So you're saying you don't purposely eat any protein such as nuts or beans just for the protein source? Are there any pre-made juice drinks that are sold in stores that you recommend. I'm a 62yo guy that was up to 311 lbs 8 years ago. I went on a gluten free diet starting in Oct '08 and have been GF since. I lost 120 pounds. Over the past couple years though I have gained back about half of that and I'm still GF but I feel like crap. I know I eat too many sweets and dairy. I'm very lucky that my cholesterol and blood sugar are always perfect no matter what I eat, even when I weighed over 300 lbs. I really would like to start a raw diet but I need it to be as easy as possible. Thanks OP |
