Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 73387405 United States 02/26/2017 02:04 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | 4 months. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74177698 Did another stint of about a year but mistakenly was eating some cooked (canned type) fruits sometimes. Felt great mostly especially the first times I ever did raw and/or fasting. Really detoxed the first few times I did it. Old medicines, old artificial flavorings, and injection sites from vaccinations, as well as old injuries revealed themselves on the way to healing and detoxing (though the vaccination site hurt for quite a while after, curiously......) Most fasting with the master cleanse was 10 days. I'd like to do 40 to 50 days of water fast after alternating a while of raw food and master cleanse fasting. Nice thread. 99% of the raw wild plant matter can be eaten so when things do get rough for some it pays to know what to be able to eat. The taste buds adjust and wild raw food is the highest energy food. Raw organic in season local fruits are probably the next highest vibration (The wild variety is the highest vibe if no plant is killed.) Fully masticate and appreciate the food for proper digestion and be in the squatting position for elimination. Watch mixing too many fruits together and eat melons by themselves for better digestion. Nuts like cashews can be heated during processing thus rendering them non raw. Also almonds can be irradiated causing issues as well. It is too bad humankind has allowed the traditional foods to become sterilized. These GMO foods spread beyond their borders. The entire food supply has nearly been completely comprised by these methods as these plants jump species and cause sterility. Eventually many plant species could become extinct. These GMO plants should be burned immediately. Great! Please never do a water fast. It's called starvation. Just do a fresh veg juice fast. Fresh veg is perfect food. That way you have no toxins but nourish your body with the nutrients it needs to detox. |

I like to use organic powdered sugar. Keep it kinda hard - a little maca powder is a nice touch. Blend - (props if you have a vitamix), scrape sides down and continue to blend until smooth - thick if you want to make truffles, thinner if you want mousse. Then either just put in container to eat a spoonful of when choco craving hits, or refrigerate a little more and roll them into balls, dip in cacao powder, coconut, nuts - your choice. so much yummm.... Cashew cheeses are great - since I like creamy pasta dishes. Soak cashews overnight in water. Drain, add a little salt, garlic, lemon juice and pepper to taste - then add 3 Tablespoons of nutritional yeast for each cup of cashews - presoak. I like to blend mine with more cashew milk or almond milk. This makes a creamy cheese. To thicken, add tapioca flour in sauce pan to blended mixture - 1/2 cup to every cup of presoaked cashews. Experiment with seasonings and herbs - When i figure out how to make a nice aged white cheddar flavor I will pm you..lol Fun to make and eat and if you really want to be healthy have zero sugar and zero cocao. I often use the young soft meat blended with cashews or mac nuts and either vanilla and sweetener or favorite fruit and sweetener. Great layered with raw buckwheat granola and fresh fruit. Much easier this time. Up to day 8 now. Actually I went one entire year on drinking only distilled water and eating only raw fresh fruits and raw vegetables. Lost 40 pounds in 3 months with zero exercise. Then I got pneumonia and hurt my spine that fall, by the following year I was completely off my cleanse diet. I really need to do it again, I love simple raw foods and clean water over junk food and garbage drinks any day. It's just a bother always shopping for the freshest foods available every 3 days or so. Maybe look at it that we are fortunate we can go and get food whenever we like. Every three days is not bad. Better than having to forage for it and risk starvation. |

Protein has to be broken down into amino acids in digetsion then rebuilt by the body. Raw plants have ALL the essential amino acids you need. Even LETTUCE DOES! While muscle meat has very few. And cooking destroys 50% of protein. We grow fastest when on breast milk - and it's only 1-5% protein - same as apples. The animal protein myth was created to fuel profits for Medical Mafia and Agriculture Mafia. That's why gorillas who eat zero animal protein are 6x stronger than humans - yet bodies are very similar to ours. Remember, when these apes forage they eat a lot of insects. Lots of protein and b vitamins there. All foraging animals eat insects. |

At first it was with my husband and four children and now they are grown and my husband is deceased . He did not eat like me. Im a triathlete, date people 20 years younger than myself. Im female, very healthy and loads of energy. Now that I live alone it is very simple. I eat salads and I juice fast twice a year.
