If Obama is arrested he will become a martyr and that is a very dangerous thing.

It would indeed get messy and the pot is close to boiling over already. Liberals being emotional creatures would not care how much evidence there was. To them it will be a racially motivated arrest.

I don't see anything coming of these scandals involving Obama. Just like Hillary got away with her illegal activities so too will Obama because the whole government is rife with globalist Obama loyalists who will not prosecute Obama. Already Comey of the FBI is bailing on Trump just like he wouldn't prosecute Hillary. The Dems must have some dirt on Comey that they are using to make him back off on Obama. The NSA spying has got dirt on anyone that has anything to hide. Trump is screwed. He is surrounded by rats and wimps who are easily bullied by the Dems and probably easily blackmailed too.

You can't let him get away with it! It sets a precedent!

The precedent was already set when they let Hillary get away with committing crime. Some people are above the law.

One possibility would be to go through the entire trial process, let every bit of information come out, which would lead to hundreds of other high level arrests. Let the guilty verdict come in so that the entire nation sees that Obama is guilty of multiple crimes, then have Trump pardon him (and him alone) for the crime.

Trump gets to be the merciful man, Obama's reputation is destroyed, hundreds of people who actually conspired and committed the crimes are removed, and the military only has to intervene in Detroit.

(FYI: I want to see Obama in chains, preferably in guantanamo, but I'm just brainstorming possible scenarios that let Trump win without using military force on citizens).
