This was obviously deliberate. You can see he is driving fine...then he whips a u-turn and accelerates down the sidewalk. It's actually shocking that the media and NYPD are still saying it's just because he was under the influence. I'm not implying that he is an ISIS sympathizer (altho not ruling it out)...but this was definitely intentional.

Let's take a look at what we know, not what the MSM has told everyone.

First, they reported right away that it was DWI/DUI. This quickly changed as soon as smaller media outlets started talking about being able to get the reports later of blood/breath tests. It was only then that suddenly the giy was "crazy"

Secondly, during the incident, the cops set a 100' perimeter, something that has NEVER ONCE been done anywhere for a DUI accident.

Third, the 'suspect' was a soldier in the middle east where he saw the atrocities the US commits there on a daily basis.

fourth, the surveillance videos clearly show outright intent.

I'm sorry but maybe two items on this short list would be coincidence but added all up this is 100% guaranteed a terrorist hit.

Saw this earlier and it was a deliberate act of terrorism. Don't care if the guy is Mexican, do care that it was no "accident". He needs a firing squad, then deport his corpse so it no longer fouls American soil.
