The human genome did not form by random chance mutation, it expresses billions of perfectly sequenced mathematical/chemical cell assembly equations proving it is deliberately intelligently designed by a vastly superior intelligence than the gene sequencer's.

Can you explain why we were deliberately, intelligently given tail genes that were deliberately intelligently suppressed?

Yes, when we can directly observe what happens by manipulating those genes. For example, chickens have dormant genes for teeth. Scientists have actually 'switched on' those dormant genes and produced chickens with teeth, and tails.
