AGREED....cannot have the peons knowing their ability to make good choices and heal themselves.

REMEMBER...we have always had the power to heal. Don't give this power away to white coat authority, pHARMa & insurance companies.

Rather, TPTB will feed the peons a steady TOXIC DIET in both sustenance & information.

TPTB have invested a lot in giving everyone brian-damage.
They can't have it being reversed on them.
Think of all the things the AHA has said over the Years that turned out to be bullshit.
They are "fake science".

Thread: "Media Philanthropy" Explains how our "news" is bought and paid for by deep pockets with private agendas

"The Howard Hughes Medical Institute [.]has a large science education program, giving $86 million in fiscal year 2016.

<snip> The last area includes a film production arm, and collaborations with outlets like NOVA, the New York Times, and Science Friday.

Now, a collaboration between HHMI and the AP is backing two year-long projects to bolster science coverage. One is a series of stories, profiles, videos and graphics about genetic medicine; the second supports multimedia coverage aimed at putting scientific evidence in the context of subjects like the environment and public health.

Funds will increase the number of journalists on the AP’s team and the number of stories the service can publish. While the announcement states that HHMI will offer expert background information and educational materials, the AP assures that it will retain editorial control over what gets published.

While we’ve seen some funders back journalism in response to attacks from the Trump administration, HHMI’s Sean B. Carroll, vice president of science education, says this was in the works well before the election."

"Accept now that all you have seen from the day of your birth on the surface of the earth, to the present, are wonderful only because the finite mind of man is confused with fragments of evidence, that, from whatever direction we meet them, spring from an unreachable infinity."

"There was a man who could create what could not be imagined. A temple so great you questioned if it was built with human hands. A man who built an idea into the greatest force the world has ever known. A world built from a single word. I care not for the folly of man but for the end of human contention."

Adding coconut oil to my diet and skin car regimen has been the biggest improvement to my health and well-being.
That and adding Iodine drops to my morning coffee.

I put a teaspoon of coconut oil (MCT) in nearly every cup of coffee I drink in an attempt to ward off alzheimers. It runs in the family.

AHA is not my guidance AT ALL!

I think they were set up to scam money from people as they misdirected from true information.

Their 1980 cookbook approves margarine, scavengers, vegetable oils...egg beaters, processed products...

Anything they tell you is bad advice and I would not adhere to it.

I love organic virgin coconut oil!

Use it on my skin which is our largest organ...absorbing and utilized where my body needs it...60 years old and no wrinkles and my legs are nice and young.

What's going on is that the AHA reiterated their stance on saturated fats being bad for you. The article was, among places, in MedScape news. The article is called "AHA Issues 'Presidential Advisory' on Harms of Saturated Fat"

Now the real gold are some of the comments by RN's, physicians (even some cardiologists). Lots of them have woke up and RIPPED the AHA a new one in the comment section in MedScape. They also rip into canola oil and margarine.

Here's the authors of the study. Someone would have to investigate each one to determine where their funding came from.

They are probably trying to confuse hydrogenated coconut oil with organic coconut oil. Anything with hydrogenated in it name, or description, is poison.

Canola oil (rape seed oil) is absolutely poison. Margarine is made from rancid (rotten) oils that can't be fed to cattle because it kills them or makes them infertile.

Saturated fats are the building blocks of your brain and nervous system. Your brain and nerves are made of cholesterol. Also cholesterol is a basic building block of the necessary hormones of your body, if I'm not mistaken.

you need cholesterol, and your body only produces 10% of what you need. The rest has to come from your diet.

Seriously, your brain is made of cholesterol!!! They're trying to kill you, it's impossible to deny.

The reason it seems like cholesterol clogs your arteries, is because your arteries get damaged, they get lesions from lack of minerals and vitamin C. Then your body uses cholesterol to cover the lesions so your blood doesn't leak out.

Cholesterol isn't the problem. It's weak veins caused by mineral deficiencies and lack of vitamin C that is the problem.

At least that's my understanding.
