I grew up there, and demographically, it's majority white by like 90 percent now, but more like 95 back then. You'll see a lone black or brown face in sea of methed-out whitey when you browse the arrests. And while this (reduced time for birth control) probably leads to some slippery slope issue, there's a HUGE drug problem there, mostly because of bad democratic policy that decimated the manufacturing jobs there. Also, there are big issues with child support, neglect, and abuse. It's a sad, disturbing place now, despite the fact whitey still has the majority to a stunning degree. It is the other way around because you have to finish cleaning out your pipes 7 or 8 times with Mr. Handy before you go back in to make sure they are all gone. Reversible vasectomies can spontaneously heal back together, though. |
