Everything has some sort of pH, either acidic, basic or neutral. Hydrogen Peroxide being a weak acid has nothing to do with it being reactive to skin. The reactivity is strictly due to it being a strong oxidizing agent. The chemical burning causes by hydrogen peroxide exposure is due to skin oxidation, not acid burning.
