Is this the same as Porn as far as negative energy goes? To me, women are very beautiful and sensuous. Having a wallpaper on my desktop for example of just a beautful woman; does this constitute Porn of the negative variety in your opinion?

Only if you let people convince you it is so, then your internal feelings will affect your state of mind and thus your "aura".

On the other hand if no one brainwashes you into thinking legal, consensual porn is bad, then it is either neutral to you, or in fact beneficial to your "aura".

i think you should review your concept of "better". i think that what you really mean is that it's good to remain on the same level forever, and to evolve slowly like a slug. sex is extremely useful in this aspect, because it keeps your frequency down on the same level. this is why people find it "healthy", because "healthy" for them is static/stagnated equilibrium, that is, equilibrium that doesn't evolve, adapt. dynamic equilibrium is key.
