My advice is that people who harrass you are really wanting your attention, and the best way to deal with them or get revenge on them is to 'seem' to totally ignore them. Not that you shouldn't keep an eye on them, but appear to ignore them. It drives them crazy.

Eventually they may do something really stupid out of deparation for your attention. Don't let yourself be the one that does something stupid, let them be the dumbass.

If eventually they come on your property and start their BS, call the cops. Tell the cops this person has been harrassing you and you believe they may have a gun. LOL

No acts of violence or vandalism which can always be traced back to you and encourages them to do the same.

In the meantime, tho - rumor and inuendo always works well. Again, you don't want it traced back to you.

Do the "I heard someone in the ladies room" (or men's room) or something and say you feel so sorry for that person if it is true. Ask the people you are talking to if they heard anything.
