It´s about the additives, MSG(monosodiumglutamate) and sweetener aspartame in the light products, the rest is no real problem, within reasonable limits of amounts of food.

When I was living out of my car I ate burger king 3 times a day but drank water instead of coke. I also only ate the fries for dinner. I lost 30 pounds and had a BMI index of 17 when all was said and done.

Basically just burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight. THATS A FACT.

Kuddos for not drinking the coke....how many people get fast food without a soda? They got it where it's more economical to get a soda with the food....

No not really as many of the homeless come from regular people who have recently lost everything in the past couple years which beforehand had 100k year jobs, 2story homes/suv,s etc and are now on the street.

I remember being at the gym doing 2 hours of cardio any day I could make it. I could burn 1200 calories to 1300 calories from what the machines said in those two hours. I've done more but that was my norm... But then I sat back and analyzed my food habits.

Did you know there's hamburgers that go clearly up to 980 calories? The double burger at jack N Box, the double king at master burger,the double burger at burger king,and wendy's CAN be all horrifically bad for us if we order those burgers!

Then there's super sized fries ranging up to about the same amount of calories.

I don't know why I used to eat like that. I would get sick I was so full after I ate so much FROM JUST ONE MEAL. burger fries and diet soda? yeah! The next day then the constipation happened. It's horrible!

Now since the dollar menus I am a bit better. I think that's the best thing fast food places ever did...

an 800 calorie meal can be alot but it's more healthy than a 2000 calorie meal. It just get's gross then!

Also! Another little trick is if you are craving ice cream then get the cone at MC Donalds. It's only 150 calories and 3 grams of fat

Oh hell yeah! I think diet pop is okay once in a while but I don't condone that much caffeine and fillers. I switched to diet 7-up and drink that at home. I do not care what health freak from hell tells me diet 7-up is bad. It has no calories,no caffeine and when I'm sick it settles my stomach. No one needs a regular go large pop at a fast food place. You're talking about 400 calories for a 40 oz!

No artificial flavors are in diet 7-up. There's sodiem which isnt the best but it's good if your throwing up. It helps you to not feel so dizzy. Diet 7-up has only natural flavors. I just read the can...

I had lunch with work mates at Maccas last week and was quite suprised on how much people eat.

I ordered a childrens size happy meal which is basically a junior burger small fries and small diet coke.
I never eat there and felt queezy just after that.
God knows how my work mates munched through 2 big macs each with large fries and large coke.

I felt like barfing just having to watch them stuff their faces with the junk.

I usually each a fresh lunch at a salad bar coffee shop.

People just dont seem to care that this stuff is killing them slowly.

As for Aspartane, I really don't trust it or anything else like that, nutrasweet, splenda, etc. I consider that to be a poison for the body, no offense mind you. The body can't really break that type of thing down like they could a natural sugar.
