How do you remove fluoride from the body?

If using zeolite use clinoptilolite-this is what all the detox studies were based upon. A more potent form of kelp is modifilan. I recommend the use of a five stage reverse osmosis system for fluoride removal from drinking water. Keep in mind that zeolite's detoxification will be concentrated in the lower gut (not entirely a bad thing). The powders are the most bang for the buck. The liquids are considered by many health experts to be an exorbitant marketing rip off-hucksterism. Use backing soda or fluoride free toothpastes. It's being added to many fruit juices as well-read the labels. Mms may help with fluorides removal, but I haven't seen any evidence of this yet.

Wrong the natural fluoride you speak of is calcium fluoride which exists naturally in water but is still bad for humans

sodium fluoride is the one added to toothpaste and water and is also bad for humans

use boron, & cilantro(coriander) daily. alklinise your bodies with bicarbpnate of soda 1 teaspoon a day in cleanest possible water. the body can't get sick in a non-acidic environment

There's a product called AdyaClarity which removes EVERYTHING from water. You can basically take the filthiest water and apply AdyaClarity and you will be able to drink it. haven't purchased it yet but I hear it's supposed to be very good.

went to find the article on the health issues it appears there was a revised study the well water also contained other contaminates causing black foot.with that said check out the link on humic acids.looks like good stuff

There's several ways. Boron (the ingredient in borax) and Iodine will displace Fluoride for removal, and zeolites will also remove them from the body.

I think everything with herbs, garlic, olive oil + red wine will do the trick. Your body tells you what exactly is needed for the recipe and herbs, and it varies. Just keep the food simple and use only non-processed sources.

Did I mention red wine ... yes, it is essential. Citrus fruits, too. Never eat industrially manufactured food. Listen to your body.

Just remember that virtually all bottled water is municipal tap water (at least in the US)
