Just like they drive on prescription pills everyday, and drive drunk everyday.

How do we win the war on drugs?

1) Disban the CIA and make them enemy #1.

2) Stop drugs from coming across our borders:

** Train all National Guard on border warfare (have all NG to do their 2 week summer camps on the Canadian and Mexico borders to stop drug trafficing).

3) Do fly-over manuvers in drug smuggling countries like Columbia and Belize to spot potiential crops and drug growing facilities.

** Use spy satellites to spy inside of warehouses that make and distribute drugs and bomb these facilities.

4) Do NOT arrest and jail illegal drug users here in the USA, but instead allow them to use illegial substances. Only trying to arrest and jail people will make them want to use illegal drug even more.

** Here, you enact laws that force all Americans to take drug tests before they can draw SS, SSI, Workman's Compensation, other government assistance, work a job and make it a law in all states and all work places. Also, enact a law where a person would have to take a drug test each month before they could even purchase at any store. YOU CAN CALL THIS METHOD - "STARVE OUT".
