ahhh, lovely propaganda. habeus corpus and due process should be available to all people, regardless of race, creed, color, or political beliefs. this is how things work in a nation of 'laws'. and your idea of terrorists just depends on the perspective from which you look at the people who have been so classified. one groups 'terrorists' are always another groups freedom fighters. there are many individuals in the upper eschelon of many wesern governments, especially the US, that better fit the description of 'terrorists' than many people who are currently locked away without recourse being accused of the same.
