America Has the Highest Incarceration Rate in the World.

China does not have the drug and gang problems we have. It would not be tolerated. Nor are their prisons the country clubs that many of ours are. No weight rooms, they do hard physical labor. No cable TV, no sitting around playing cards or computer games. No anything.

At least half of our prisoners are there for some drug related crime and many are returnees who go in and out of prison so much that they cannot function outside of it and don't want to learn how.
