Yes, in my case it is my sinuses/allergies/asthma. Never had any issues until 5 years ago. You may have something similar. You may have a sinus infection.

I've had the weird pressure thing im my head before. I also lean toward low blood pressure. I don't think the two are related, though. I don't know what the hell it is.

Other signs of sinus infection are tingly itchy scalp, a hat effect (feels like you wore a hat) ringing ears, tinnitus, bright flashy lights, bright sun intolerance, tension headaches, and forehead pressure.

Sinus is the most likely culprit. I have purchased one of those Neti Pots. I do recomend this. Wallgreens has a less expensive one. Or you can do the same thing with a pouring type measure cup. Mix a small amount of water (about 1/4 cup with salt, about 1/3 teaspoon or so. Warm in microwave to body temperature. With head over the sink tip head sideways as far as you can and pour warm water into one side of the nose until it runs out the other side of the nose. Then the same on the other side. Have tissues handy to blow. Try that a few nights before bed. Should help a lot.

Yes sinus makes you feel like you are under water in your head from the nose up.

I appreciate all your answers. I'll research that sinus infection scenario, though I don't know why I feel it's not that, I mean, this just started happening to me a couple days ago.

Op, if these headaches continue especially when you first wake up please see your Dr. This can be a sign of a more serious problem.

Don't just assume it's your sinuses. Ok if sinus treatment works forget about it. However if the headaches do continue please see a medical profressional.

how can I know for sure? this could be plausible since I have experienced this a couple times before when I'm doing yoga, or after I finish actually, abd I meditate. Sometimes I feel the energy gets stuck there.

yep, i feel the same. my right ear is TOTALLY bunged up right now, and I'm getting some weird twinges in the top right of my head too.

had blood coming out of my left ear three nights back too.
