I do recomend this. Wallgreens has a less expensive one. Or you can do the same thing with a pouring type measure cup. Mix a small amount of water (about 1/4 cup with salt, about 1/3 teaspoon or so. Warm in microwave to body temperature. With head over the sink tip head sideways as far as you can and pour warm water into one side of the nose until it runs out the other side of the nose. Then the same on the other side. Have tissues handy to blow. Try that a few nights before bed. Should help a lot. |

Don't just assume it's your sinuses. Ok if sinus treatment works forget about it. However if the headaches do continue please see a medical profressional. |

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory mentioned, which states that this has already happened. |

Quoting: Modzahed 797182either one or other how can I know for sure? this could be plausible since I have experienced this a couple times before when I'm doing yoga, or after I finish actually, abd I meditate. Sometimes I feel the energy gets stuck there. |
