Then I lined a 13x9x2 in pan with aluminum foil and sprayed that down with non stick cooking spray. Then I put the roast in the pan, added salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, toasted sesame oil, celery seed, curry powder and some ground cumin with a good bit of EVOO rubbed it all over the roast and stuck it in the oven at 350 degrees for now.It will be done in about 3 hours or so. With pork roast, I like to use 5-6 cloves of whole garlic, I stab the roast and stuff the cloves inside, it's yummy! We are having loin pork chops with purple potatoes (yeah, they are purple inside too) and carrots and beans, sounds like great minds think alike! |
