Multiply that by how many years you are behind.. Not counting what the Custodial parent was awarded at the time of filing..

Just call them.. They will be very willing to tell you. Good luck..

Dude, I am not asking for how to calculate child support payments. I am asking where can I go on the web to find out how much ARREARS I owe.

Just go on down to the local jail/courthouse. I'm sure they'd be glad to tell you. And pack your overnight bag.

Call the local child support agency where your children live and talk to them. Give them your S.S.#. They will tell you. And I certainly hope the mother of your children is pursuing this. You brought these children into the world and you are not paying to support them? They can take your yearly refund check, drivers license, and really screw you over if they want. Pay the money asshole deadbeat dad. But I would bet you are a coward and will not call. Do your children need money for college? New shoes? Food on table? Do you eat deadbeat? Do you wear shoes? You are a true asshole to even ask that question. The question is so dumb I can see why you don't pay child support because you are a dumbass. Pay. You owe it to them.

The whole system sucks, it seems designed to rip off men without due process.

I support reasonable payments, if there are proper visiting rights that will be enforced if needs be.

There is also the question of how a lot of people can pay more than a little, if they cannot earn the money that they used to be able to.

Take how much you make per month before taxes, add 25%, and there ya' go.

clearly you have no idea whatsoever of the child support/custody environment. i have no problem paying child support, when it goes to my child. but what about the reality of it going to pay for my exwifes shoe fetish. my child is dressed white trash and while my ex wears top fasion. how about that? HMMM? then also, do you have an answer as to why child support fluctuates? does it really cost MORE to raise one child than another? did YOU know that if the custodial parent makes 6 figures and was supporting their ex as an artist, after the divorce, the child support is based on her salary, as well as his. so literally he could be paying thousands of dollars a month when he makes much less that? interesting isn't it. so, why don't you do a little more research. ass hole

OP... yur FUCKED. Welcome to my world. they can and WILL take 67% of your check until you are caught up. NY state is natoriously Ruthless with past due support. In the beginning when I owed like bunch of money cus it took a year for the court to get the paperwork sent in, they were even going to take my boat from me. I had to sign it over to my dad. Then to add salt to injury I started payments ( this was 4 years ago ) and My EX and I are still friends we hang out all the time so shes like Im still not getting any money on my card... Come to find out the state of NY HOLDS that money for 90 days to earn intrest on it. So the payments she gets today, I made 3 months ago...

I love NY ! .... Meh
