Actually I quit being a Christian long ago. I just liked the name of her article and used it as my subject. :-)
Regardless of the type of fiction she writes, she's right, and those are some reasons WHY I quit Christianity. Most wars are started because of religion. Ridiculous judgment is passed in the name of religion. The Christian Bible is so ridiculously Earth-centric that it makes humans sound like a bunch of arrogant retards who think in our ever expanding, titanically large universe that we are the ONLY life out there. Pathetic.

And what a person writes is what is in their mind. What is there already is expressed by and through the writing.

What she writes is only of concern to God, her, and anyone who reads it. I don't read her, so my observation is based on what it says she writes about. Those sort of things do not appeal to a person who truly walks with Jesus Christ. But, if someone else wants to enjoy those things, or give credibility to a person's words who writes those types things, they are free to go for it with no complaints from me.

I was commenting on what is behind her words and looking deeper.

She has something in her that causes her to write about vampire stories, bisexual erotica, the sexy undead, sadomasochistic-inflected tales. And I think it is tied directly to experience with the Catholic Church and deep resentment and rebellion.

I also said I understand that because I know what the Catholic Church can do to a person. I am relieved one more came out, but still hoping she finds true salvation.

I understand what she's saying. She is still a believer though, that's the important thing, for her and people like me. I don't care to follow religion, I am tired of all the hypocrites and false prophets and perverted preachers. I am not big on the church.
