A casual stroll through the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything. Friedrich Nietzsche if I did not feel so sad as I look at them. Sad because they do not know the truth and I do know it. Oh, how hard it is to be the only one who knows the truth! But they won't understand that. To stop this we are going to have to get congress and the states to act. Call your congressmen! "God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, & always, well informed... If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty... Let them take arms... What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. " - Thomas Jefferson in 1787 |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 937801 United States 11/17/2010 01:39 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | :pin this: Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1026437Just heard CNN say that only 15% of us are against this BS. Wrong. That comes from a bogus poll that was designed precisely to get the desired result. "Are you in favor of the new, enhanced security measures now being used by the TSA at US airports?" The options for answering this question are, Yes, No and Not Sure. Now, here is the problem. At this point, the average American is barely even beginning to hear about any of this, much less experiencing it firsthand. So in their idle minds, "enhanced security" translates into "Flying is safer." Now take every one of the respondents to that poll down to the airport with the assignment of getting on a flight and see what happens. After they have gone through the wonderful new security procedures, see how much they are in favor of them, or against them, after that. It takes time for the word to get around because the majority of people are either too busy working all day in order to pay the bills, struggling with or against all of their own problems or are distracted (as usual) for whatever other reason(s) and thus have not quite yet tuned into what is happening. But that is going to change fairly fast now. So if they MSM were to take a poll on the same subject in a couple of months and after millions of other air travelers have had this wonderful experience during the Holiday Season travel period, the results would be different. For now, the MSM are just doing their job which is to try to make the people look like sheeple and therefore make others back down. But it isn't going to work, not this time. |

This "let them eat cake" attitude from DHS, TSA and the federal government has only one final outcome and they have to know that. We must resist that urge for it will play right into their hands. |

It seems that just like ObamaCare, this is another example of the Federal Govt claiming the Supremacy Clause gives it the Right to do WHATEVER they wish to do -- in this case, "reinterpret" the 4th Amendment as they see fit. The Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Section 1, Clause 2) This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding... Wrong. That comes from a bogus poll that was designed precisely to get the desired result. That's correct. I forget the precise stats, but the average American flies irregularly and I think it's less than two times per year. So this means that the GREAT majority of American passengers have not been in an airplane in the last 30 days. Wait til these folks start showing up at the airport and having their children's genitals groped and squeezed and rubbed by these ex-McDonald's employees. They are NOT going to like it. That CNN poll is so biased it ain't even funny. Most frequent fliers are adamantly opposed to this craziness and once Joe Sixpack starts enduring blue-gloved sexual assaults, there'll be an uproar.
