Yes Donnie divorced first wife and married a woman who had been married 5 times or so. He has recently remarried his first wife.

The Swaggarts DO live extravagant life styles and it is NOT from music sales. They live on a 20acre landscaped estate on some of the most expensive real estate in Baton Rouge. The fence around their property alone cost half a million dollars. They tell people it is a two bedroom cottage- but it is worth conservatively about 5 million. You can google their property to see pictures.

Frances had had several facelifts back in the 80's according to some news report and has had several plastic surgery procedures in the last few years. One has only to compare earlier pictures of her to see the extensive work she has had done. She is 76 yrs old. Jimmy has also had extensive work done- compare what he looks like now to earlier pictures.

They drive expensive cars, eat out everyday, employ a full time housekeeper for their umm "cottage" and maintainance is done by ministry employees. These employees are treated badly, underpaid, and have no health benefits. France's tirades are legendary and abuse of employees is rampant.


They own a golf course retreat in Palm Springs but they like to keep it a secret from their staff when they go there. Frances has EXPENSIVE jelwery but takes off her massive diamond ring when she is on TV. I am sure people would be less inclined to give if they saw the almost postage stamp sized diamond she wears. I am sure if she was confronted she would say it was not real but trust me..Frances doesn't wear ANYTHING fake.

They own a membership at the exclusive country club in Baton Rouge on Highland avenue and membership runs around 40 grand. Man, I could go on and on and on. Do some research people before you just blindly follow and throw money at these people. They are WOLVES who are RAPING the sheep.

Oh and their "Worship Center" faces due east even though they had to make it sit at an awkward angle on the property to achieve it. Of course it could be coincidence, after all there is a 1/365 degree chance that it could be coincidence until you take into consideration that the podium of the Crossfire youth auditorium where the youth have their services also faces due east. There are all sorts of masonic symbolism there but when you confront them they say the builders must have placed them there without them knowing.... yeah right. These people are control freaks who micro manage, and they expect people to believe the builders just built their building without them approving it?

Then I heard about Family Worship Center and the Crossfire stage facing east, and that is a requirement for all Masonic lodges. I agree that it looks like more than just coincidence. The probability for both facing due east is like 1 in 720.

Also I heard that there is a tumi knife on one of the walls on the third flood of the Bible College building. Why would anyone put a symbol for ritual human sacrifices on the wall of a Bible College?

As for Donnie and Debbie, how do we know they are married? When was their ceremony? Does anyone see them in public anywhere together? When was the ceremony? Where are the papers?

Yeah, by "sacrificing" that huge rock of a diamond ring, they could have cancelled the whole sharathon, paid their bills, and "ministered" during that air time instead.

Wow after reading all this negative feedback on this person or this family i am very disappointed that i spend so much time watching them on tv. I have notice that Frances and her son Donnie have an attitude problem when people call them an they don't agree with them in many issues. Donnie clearly tells people about other minister that are wrong, an most of the time his very negative about other ministers. if this man has been divorce over an over he has no business been in the ministry and using the word of God to his advantage. This morning he was putting Oprah W down that she thinks she is devine. why would he do that when his like the one in the Bible that Jesus said may the one without sin throw the first stone. well Donnie i for one watch SBC because of the music. Donnie if not for your dad you have no place in the ministry field i doubt very much anyone would pledge any money to see you in the scream.

As to the Swaggart's money, please remember that Jimmy Swaggart has sold more than 16 million music CDs, written tons of books and continues writing Bible Commentaries on every book of the Bible, sells music and sermon DVDs, and The Expositors Study Bible which is written in several different languages. They have owned their $1.2 million home for many many years. Since he provided all the resources and did all the work, can he not use part of the money to live in a decent house and drive a decent car? By the way, there is NOT a fleet of Mercedes. The Jimmy Swaggart Ministries has its own television network, Son Life Broadcasting, that's one reason why you aren't seeing them on other networks. You don't even know the meaning of the scriptures you quoted. I don't know whether Donnie Swaggart has been divorced or not and I don't really care. I am a Christian but have sinned in other ways. If the blood of Jesus Christ won't cleanse my sins, all those you allege about Donnie, then it's not powerful enough to cleanse your sins either. There are more adult Swaggarts in that family, so you are way off base in naming whom you SUPPOSED to have received a Mercedes.

Donnie and Debbie Swaggart are not divorced. She is his first wife. They have been married nearly as long as my wife and I have (1977). They have two sons and a daughter. This posting is as of February 18, 2012. I don't know why people post bad things about anyone (preachers or otherwise) without researching the truth.
