4.8 EQ right under Fukushima Nuke Plant, like 500 feet from the reactors, although it's a lil deeper in depth, but it's still the very closest since the 6-pointer right under it on the day of the 9.0 EQ. With what happened on 4/11/2011 with the 7.1/6.6 EQ fairly nearby, I predict that there will be more big quakes nearby or even right under this Fukushima Nuke Plant:
