Why is it that most every time I look at flooding pictures or video it is sunny and blue skies?

Can anyone see from the stills at the end if the flood water has breeched the Aqua Dams? From the low angle of the videos/shots it may just look as high as the 1st floor, but not really flooded... yet.

Because of this guy... this news blackout may need some help from the National Guard to keep us in the dark.
