I agree with your thoughts and believe that human civilization has likely reached it's apex before a steep decline downwards, which may possibly include the extinction of the human race all together.

Regardless of religious affiliation though I think it's clear that we are living in the last days - at least in terms of the world today as we know it.

I keep thinking about a profound quote Albert Einstein made some years ago when asked about World War III, he said something to the effect "I don't know what weapons WW3 will be fought with but I can tell you that WW4 will be fought with sticks and stones"

With that said I believe that if God, or a natural disaster doesn't show it's hand, you better believe that human ignorance will in the form of a unprecented global battle.

yea we know what we have been told. but my point is for us to study it so that we may be rightfully set amongst the lord. i am not christian but i believe in a god above all and take parts from diffrent religions to create one fit for me.

No, we are nowhere near being fully developed in our brains. We're more like an infant...people have always been depressed on this planet, maybe more so in earlier times because they lacked the comforts, medical care, etc that we now have to help alleviate some of that depression. I mean, this is basically a hellhole, no matter who you are or how much money you have, so most of us will be depressed at some point.

eXACTLY that. When my eyes were opened durring Japan's little misshalf, I kinda got bummed out. Suddenly my lifetime of hopes and dreams seem to be a big pipedream. I feel I no longer have TIME left to succeed at the things I was striving for. So I must conclude that my destiny has changed, leaving me to simply, as Red Elk puts it... " bend like a reed in the wind"... I strive much less to acomplish my lofty goals and now I LISTEN .... feel... what next Lord.. what is YOUR choice for my destiny and how do I stay *out of your way* to LET what must happen? Perhaps my destiny involves much more important things than simply playing guitar and intertaining people. If I were to step-out now, would other peoples lives and destinys be affected?

Yeap same here only I'm a fair bit older and have no place for man made gods, but I've had the same inner feelings and awareness (confirmed by exploring the world) for a long time, problem is once you see through all the daily BS, manipulation and distractions, you see the real picture and reality of what going on and where we are all being lead...thanks to our greedy corrupt (elite) controllers..who have collective designed and engineered system for our collective enslavement...sadly that includes religions too.

Don't worry though our ignorance and influences will not last nor will we as a species as the cosmo cycle has always been in control and will out live all our stupidity, false egos and destructive games.

I had that feeling too, ever since I was a young boy, like I was always missing something ya'know? Well, I tried everything, girlfriend, cars, games, etc, don't get me wrong, it was all good while it lasted, I got really addicted to games, madly in love with the girl, loved my car.
