If this is the case, I doubt OP will get help.

People with serious mental disorders, usually refuse therapy and/or medication.

I had a very traumatic "paranormal" experience - on one to share it with - it changed my life forever - everything I believe in changed - It was all for the good years down the road.

But it was traumatizing. Also isolating because no body had the experience and many did not believe it.

I still say you have PTSD and would benifit from therapy. One on is saying you have to take medication, just start by talking to someone trained to help others with the symptoms you are experiencing.

I too have died and been revived. You need to focus on the living part, and not be scared of death. It is the final act of life's circle.

It is, but honestly I've had numerous near death experiences, and I just like to think that I chose to live. A couple were close to the point where one millimeter would have been possible death. If you believe in the possibility of parallel universes, just keep choosing life. Just know that you always choose life!

I know it's a strange concept, but after you realize that you could have died just as easily as you lived, you really start to appreciate the fact that you're here. Don't stress, just know that you're here because you want to be here.
