I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium. Here are my PC specs:

AMD Athlon II X2 2.8 GHz Dual Core Processor
3 GB of RAM
500 GB Toshiba HDD
NVIDIA GeForce 6100se GPU

Not as much as Firefox.... Chrome is the best out right now.

I've been using Opera for the past 2 years, I'll never go back to anything else.

My bad they don't call me Sgt. Stedanko for anything all I can do is laugh. Browser I just use Safari. It seems to work for my needs.

I use IE8 but I have customized it for higher security and privacy.

I like Opera, but it's compatibility with some websites just sucks. :(

IE 8 / 9 has too many Microsoft "accelerators" and they are it difficult to find alternative search engines.

Chrome is too connected to Google, who also have tentacles tracking browsing.

I have chosen Firefox from before it's official v1 release. I like several of the available addons which control online behaviour. I dislike how companies like Facebook, Google and others track every click made.

Check out some of the software sites. Usually have clear reviews and rankings of the software. I like to go to znet for the information on what type of question your asking.

Yup. Still using Firefox, with the add-ons I like. It works for me.

I primarily use firefox beta 8 with No-script and Ad-block plus extensions, haven't seen an ad in a long time. I turn most of my plug-ins off. Fast start-up, and a fairly small memory footprint even with 10+ tabs open.

Internet Explorer 9. Close second is Opera. Firefox is terrible.

I use Firefox i used to IE but i had freeze ups all the time, i like some of the add ons with FF like [link to www.godlikeproductions.com] and zoom their spell check sucks. My kingdom for a better one.

I've heard of Ghostery and Disconnect (I think) as good add-ons for Firefox in browsing privately. Haven't had a chance to check them out yet
