Weird... I wake up at 3:00 am EVERY single night...

Been waking up myself between 3:00 - 4:00 am every morning here too. And have been having a hell of a time trying to fall back to sleep.

I have been doing that for the last few years, get up at 3, glass of water, take a pee and go back to sleep.

You should try some meditation or astral projection techniques. 3am is the perfect time.

That aint nuthin'! Just wait..pretty soon you will be waking up at 3:02 and the clock will say 11:11 and right when you se that the doorbell will ring but you have a door knocker!

it doesn;t make sence now you have to pick the 3:00 daytime that looks like the one at night but isn't so you need to ..

Hey, My Uncle had the same thing happen to him back in 99 for the whole year.

I don't know what you believe in but maybe you just need to pray about it if it is interfering with your life, or buy a new clock. I don't know why I just thought of that, but try it anyway. Make sure that you leave your laptop or phone away from your head while sleeping because I've heard that the electricity can be responsible for sleep disturbances in some people too.

I hope that some of my advice is good advice for you.
