Even though I'm NOT an expert in Seismology; I can only give you my opinion. With that in mind, I do think it will affect Florida and most likely the entire American Continent one way or another. Many other posters have speculated that it could be an Earth shattering Event.

How bad would it be?
I don't know, NOBODY knows because it have not happen before in recorded history, much less in our lifetime. So we really have no idea... all we can do is speculate at this time and pray/hope that it NEVER Happens!

THEY ARE OFF ON THE DATE, IT WILL OCCUR ON THE FIRST WEEK OF FEBRUARY 2012.

Could it be possible that they misinterpreted their dream and saw the 12.5 as a magnitude instead of a date like 1.25.2012?

I had a dream/vision this morning that in six days a massive earthquake would hit and thousands would die. I don't know why I was given this. I do believe it was a message from God. I pray it doesn't happen. I don't know where the voice did not tell me where but six is the number of man and of sin. God is not happy with the sins of man, the sun is God's wrath that will fall upon mankind. Pray and repent now this is no joke...I will be praying that this doesn't happen.

Prayer does stop the Almighty's Hand from moving away His Hand of protection. Please pray.

I have been trying to warn folks for months now we're in the end times. God is very real, and He is tired of the sick evil of this world and of man mocking His beloved sweet Son. The Holy Lamb of God. We must stop and turn back to God before it's too late. I am no prophet, nor do I claim to be or want to be. But I have been told of many judgements that have already come true. I don't share with folks because when I do they laugh at me.

Please please I beg of you pray for these people and not just them all of us upon the earth judgement is coming. Nothing we've ever seen or witnessed before in history because it's of the Father. You can stop this from happening through prayer but I don't think we can stop much more because the sins of man is causing the earth to groan the heavens to thunder!

How many false predictions does it take for people to stop being so gullible ? No one knows what the future holds for it doesn't exist. There is only now where life is.

God always uses witnesses of two or three to get across His message I wasn't sure of this message when I first received it this morning but I am know more sure of it because of these two men receiving the same warning as me of a massive earthquake that is going to hit. But we can stop this through the power of prayer!

How can anyone turn back or towards God when God is omnipresent which means He is everywhere by definition. God is not separate from anything or anyone. Prayer is an illusion as well. This was an obvious FAIL. Just like every other psycho retard on here making idiotic predictions hoping they get one right so they can feel special about their worthless lives. Just because a thought pops into your head, as rare as that may be, it is not a vision from God. There is nothing more annoying on this site than the dim wits that constantly make wrong predictions. Nobody can predict an earthquake. Ok? No matter how much you want to believe that you can, no human on earth is going to predict an earthquake. The earth is shaking constantly right now. Anyone can get lucky if they throw enough guesses out there. But these guys making constant predictions have to be shills. They are trying to muddy the waters for the guys who have real information.

A 12.0 would equal the daily amount of energy the Earth receives from the Sun, undoubtedly causing horrific loss of life and damage.

Not a known fault line long enough, Only a Large asteroid could come close.
